He failed miserably on both. He took MONTHS to get back to us on both jobs (should have taken 2-4 weeks, it was 3-5 months). The survey he finally gave us after all that waiting was wrong. It was off by 12 and half feet! That's a lot. He claims it was because the lot lines on the street changed from one section to the next, which is probably true, but the fact is he wasn't careful enough to figure that out. We figured it out and then he groused about having to redo it. We still haven't received the correct survey. On the structural engineering job we paid him up front for some work, he took months to do it, then only gave us partial answers, nothing we could build from, and then he said he needed more money to do what we had a contract saying he would do for the original amount! At best, he's bad at his job and VERY unprofessional, at worst he's a crook and a con man. Either way, stay far far away. There are much better surveyors and engineers out there. You'll be disappointed if you hire him.
