Outstanding in all respects. The technician was experienced and knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The work was completed on time and within the original estimate. The test results and reports were very well done and accepted for payment by our insurance company.

I called to find out if this company does asbestos removal and they said no (even though they are listed as providing this service on angies list) but they do test samples. I was told for $30 or $35 (cant remember which) I could have a sample evaluated with results in two hours. I was then told for $10 a sample would have results in 3 days. Receptionist was very professional and kind. Apparently this company is not open on weekends, as I submitted samples on Wednesday and did not hear anything until I called on Monday. I spoke with a woman who said results would be available in 3-5 business days (not what I was told at any point until then). I said I had exposed materials in my home and would have paid more had I know it could potentially be a week later before I had results (by the time you add in the weekend). She said she could try to let me know by the end of the business day and I thanked her very much. I did not hear from her until the following morning. Had I been told from the beginning it would be 3-5 BUSINESS days it would have prevented my perception of the timeline I had previously been told. Overall, the price is great and the timeline is reasonable, if known ahead of time. I would still use this company.

I picked up the cannisters, performed the test as instructed and returned the cannisters to Micro Air for evaluation. They sent the report very quickly without incident.

Scheduling went very smoothly. They were very professional with the way they handled the job and they promptly took care of our needs.

They sent out the kit and I sent it back, then they sent me the reading. They were pleasant and if I decide to have the reduction I will contact them.

HE WAS THOROUGH AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE HAD MODERN DETECTION EQUIPMENT SO NO SAMPLES HAD TO BE TAKEN AND TESTED. HE EXPLAINED THE RESULTS OF THE TESTING. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.

A LITTLE PRICEY..CHARGE BY THE MILE TRAVEL TO YOUR HOUSE. IF IT WERE HIDDEN, I PROBABLY WOULDNT HAVE NOTICED
