 + -1 moreI used them within the last couple of months and was very happy with the service and price. I went back because I was having the same problem. They told me they would charge $30 just to look at my computer, even though they just serviced it. I asked them if they guaranteed their work for any period of time and they said no. I asked if they had a receipt to show I had been there recently and they said no. I then asked if they kept credit card receipts to show I had been there recently and he said they would not look it up. He said I would have to bring in a copy of my statement. I asked if I could use their Internet while I was there to show him a date of charge, he said no and insisted I bring in a copy. This was a very disappointing experience after having had such a great experience.
Description of Work: They did not perform any services because I chose not to use them again after visiting with them.

Description of Work: Excellent and quick service. Needed a new power jack installed in laptop and more memory added. Another store wanted to charge $150 for the new power jack alone, this company was only $100. Staff was a little hard to communicate with due to language barrier, but excellent service! Dropped it off one day and was ready the next.
