Excellent, Chad McCune provided us with an excellent design. He incorporated all we asked and made suggestions on things that we might regret later. His drew did an excellent job installing the patio.

Chad and his crew did the best job ever! We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of his staff and, most importantly, the final outcome. Our paver patio is a true work of art. We also appreciated Chad's frugality, his suggestions on how to get more bang for our buck, etc... He also encouraged us to go bigger, because of the cost savings with having the equipment there, etc... His crew worked diligently every day from morning until dusk. They were incredibly neat and polite and we were sad to see them go. Our landscape design was also amazing. We have already hired McCune Outdoor Living to complete our front landscaping this spring. Can't wait!!!

It's beautiful, peaceful, and really the best addition to our home. They were great to work with too. I would recommend them to all.

Did terrible job replacing front porch surface. We agreed and commissioned to replace brick with bluestone on front porch. Grout was white and wide in bluestone. Gap to front door and frame was never filled with caulk. Bluestone was stained by poor grout job and had to be cleaned with acid which change color of stone. Stone was cut poorly and hangs over porch where grout has chipped off and stone will crack. Poor follow up. Poor customer interaction. Blamed us for the poor job he did. Would never use again. After one year I still feel sad every time I look at the poor job he did on my front porch and the fact that we accepted it just to make him go away.

They are a landscaping company and I like the quality of the stone work. We wanted a rustic look so we used natural stone but of course for the paver driveway. I liked the job they did on the paver way. They dug down deep and took out the tar. They went twice as deep as the old driveway and put in a robust foundation for the pavers and did a very nice job with the pavers and the front walk. They did beautiful brick work at the entrance of the house. The guys who cut the stone for the retaining walls did it really well. I really liked their stone and paver work. The paver is in good shape so far. The paver driveway is something that you worry about because I once seen settling but this one has held up very well. The workers were very good. They were diligent and they picked up after themselves. They were pleasant. I was able to build a rapport with the workers. I would ask them to do a certain job this way or that way and they were very responsive. They were competitively priced. They probably did more than the budget price. They were easy to get hold of and responsive in terms of disputes. I will be using them again this fall in the yard.

I am very happy with the project overall! They have a personalized approach to their service. We had a lot of interaction with the owner himself. They listened to our ideas and had consistent discussions back and forth.

I thought that the price charged was reasonable. There was nothing outstanding about them. The quality of their work was good. They were there when they said they were going to be there. The workers were nice. They were referred to us by a family friend. Overall, they were decent.

They did an excellent job. They were very tuned in to try and work with me, to find what I was looking for. Their people were very good at doing that.

Mr. McCune was responsive, polite and helpful.

We had some issues with the way he llaid the stone patio work and we just can't get him out here. We live on a lake and he did an extensive patio build out and stone work. The stone work qualilty was very good. Anything related to drainage he's clueless and he did landscaping related to that and we've had some difficulty with the plants he chose. That is one of the issues we're dealing with now. I'd give him high marks on stone and brick work and low marks on plant selection. A job that involves any kind of drainage situation you should go to someone else.

They did it efficiently, the price was competitive. The work is great. I would recommend his work.

The job went well. The crew was not very professional. We had a break down in communication regarding the pavers. I wanted to use existing pavers, but they moved them to a dirt pile which they had to be removed from. This cost time, effort, extra money. The boss, Chad was rarely on the job site. They did a fairly decent job, but communication with the crew was a major obstacle.

Smooth - no hidden surprises and it was refreshing to work with someone who simply understood what I wanted and he was able to design my ideas - outstanding job/communication!

Chad (the owner) did an amazing job. He not only gave us what we wanted at a good price, his crews are the best. Very hard working, the job took about 6 days, every day they worked a minimum of 10 hours each day. Chad actually takes the time to listen. I really didn't think that this large of a job was going to be so much fun and almost stress free. But it was a great pleasure working with Chad and his crews. McCune Landscaping will be the only people that work at my house. They are simply the best. Being in the middle of remodeling the inside and outside of our home, this project was the most enjoyable one to work on. And I truely have to say it was because of the one on one relationship with Chad and his crews. This project was also quoted out by other landscaping companies. Most of them wanted me to pay for them to draw up thier ideas. And they still were way over priced. Not McCune. Chad priced out the job very well.
