Mr. Masters was very personable and professional. He did an excellent job on repairing and painting my ceilings in three different rooms. He kept me informed about the project every step of the way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will definitely be hiring again.

Tracy Masters is professional, organized and efficient. He painted two bathrooms, kitchen ceiling and kitchen cabinets. I had a specific completion date in mind and he worked with me to accomplish that goal even though we ran into some unexpected issues that required additional work. I highly recommend his work and plan to use his services again. Great job!

I contacted Tracy in a text. He had come highly recommended by friends who had used his expertise with their deck. He answered promptly and came to our home to see the project. He was very thorough, professional, and had an approachable demeanor. He gave us a quote explaining in detail what he would do and what our cost would be. We hired him to replace a portion of our deck. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! In fact, we are having him do some additional work to our screened in porch. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Great hardworking young man wh0 did a meticulous job on our deck!!!

Great job! Tracy removed lots of old wallpaper paste, patched several areas of the drywall, and painted. The finished walls were very smooth and looked like new. He is very knowledgeable and explained what was needed. He is very professional and showed up when scheduled. He kept a clean work area. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Tracy was extremely conscientious - always prompt, polite and professional. The drywall repairs and paint job that he did were great.

Very professional work! Tracy handled repair to a textured ceiling and really made sure to match the pattern to were it's impossible to tell there was ever a problem! He took extra steps to ensure all surfaces would be protected and did a great job cleaning up when he was done which was also very appreciated.

Tracey repaired our ceiling where we had some water damage. He also painted and textured the ceiling in 2 rooms. He did an excellent job!! He even matched our textured ceiling perfectly! Tracy was very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We will probably have him back for some other work in our house.

We hired Masters Painting & Drywall for a few simultaneous projects: 1) Repair of water-damaged drywall due to a basement flood, 2) Repair of miscellaneous botched drywall repairs by a previous person, and 3) Painting of our entire basement after all repairs were completed. The project included a stairway and four basement rooms (office, living room, bathroom, and misc room). Masters was on-time, every time. The project lasted about 5 days. We and Masters set the expectations of work quality, organization, and scheduling right from the start. The process was efficient and orderly: on-site review of the work, prompt quotation, paint selection, and project execution. We were certainly happy with the quality of work done and the time to complete the project. We would definitely use them again on another drywall repair and/or painting project.

Very professional, punctual, and great customer service skills. Two large ceiling holes repaired. I got a quote Tuesday afternoon; job completed on Friday morning. Very focused on details and on doing a great job. We have already discussed future projects. I strongly recommend Tracy Masters ll!
