I just can’t deal with stress. So I hired Master Movers to take on the stress of relocating. The crew was so efficient that they finished a job in timely manner. They arrived on time and inspected everything first. They were so inventive and efficient. I must have saved tons of money by hiring fast movers. They carried huge pieces of furniture like they were marshmallows. I was really surprised seeing how skilled and strong these men were. I can very confidently recommend this company to everybody.

Most moving companies are experts at making things worse. Thankfully Master Movers were different. The movers did their job so fast that I was just amazed. I was so grateful to them for making my move so easy. I didn’t really have to do anything. Everything was taken care. They even unpacked everything and put them where I needed them in my new house. This move was the easiest one in my life.

My dad hired Master Movers because of his friend recommendation. The company sent over 4 men to do the job. The crew was extremely hard working. They packed all our stuffs neatly into so many boxes. Luckily, they didn’t run out of boxes. They used a lot of tape for the boxes containing breakables. Two trucks were filled only with the furniture. They called in another truck to accommodate our other stuffs. I was very impressed by the efforts put in by these men. Our delivery was made on time.

I have moved countless times and gone through countless moving companies. I was almost ready to do it myself this time but a friend told me about Master Movers. They were kind and respectful to me and my belongings. They were such a professional company, and affordable too. I know now that if I ever move in the future, I will be hiring them again. It was a pleasure to work with these guys.

My family had an excellent experience with Master Movers. We actually used them twice. The first time was to have them move some of our belongings. The second time around, we had them move our belongings from our condo into our new house. We worked with five movers, in total. All of them were fast, yet very careful and respectful of our belongings. Nothing was broken and I did not worry with how they loaded and unloaded the truck. Overall, a great experience and I recommend them to people all the time.

I seldom write reviews, either the service has to be worst or excellent for me to go online. They say people hire movers only to end up being disappointed. Some movers do not possess the right skills. Others are just there for the money and care less about their client’s belongings and others are just disrespectful. I, however, experienced none of these troubles during my moving experience with Master Movers. In fact, these movers showed total respect to me and my belongings. They respected my time and showed up on time on both ends. With the great skills of their employees plus the quality of their work, I can proudly say that I got a service that was good value for my money.

This was by far the greatest moving company I have ever worked with so far. They were on time and just so lovely to be around. very respectful and organized. The movers carried all my belongings carefully. I never feared that it would get broken because I knew it was in good hands. Over all I would recommend Master Movers to my friends, family, basically everyone. All my items arrived safely to my new house and the movers helped put everything where I wanted it. It was an amazing experience. I will definitely use them again.

The team from Master Movers was incredible. Moving is a very stressful time and the staff, everybody from the office to the movers, were great. They made it an easy process, and quite affordable as well. The movers were extremely time efficient and took great care of my belongings. Everything was explained thoroughly and in great detail. I would highly recommend Master Movers for all your moving needs. I will absolutely be using them again, and referring friends/family to the company. Thank you for the great experience.

All four men from Master Movers that worked our job during our last out of state move were courteous, respectful, kind and clean. The crew arrived at the agreed upon times and got right to work. They were constantly in motion and worked well together. They were patient when we asked for a reposition of some piece and were willing to double-check and adjust the washer and dryer and make sure each was level. There is no doubt we'll be using their services next time we move and we highly recommend this amazing moving company.

Companies that charge reasonably always do a poor job. Master Movers is probably the only exception. I have to give it to this company for being so professional and affordable during my last move. They quoted me a very reasonable price. They sent over 3 very capable men equipped with all the right tools and 2 shiny new truck. I was very shocked to see how skilled the men were given how realistically they were charging. Not all good is lost yet. I am highly recommending this company.

I contacted Master Movers for a quote and spoke with Marilyn. She was extremely courteous and super helpful with trying to work within the constraints of my budget. I was quoted 4 hours but asked if the job could be pushed out in 3. She said yes but it’d be a stretch including travel time, so I purchased an additional hour just to be safe. On moving day, the movers arrived and said I’d need an additional 2 hours for the move. There was a mistake regarding the amount of items I’d planned on them moving. After squatting that away, I’d stop need to potentially purchase more hours. I called and spoke with Cindy and she advised I purchase more time or play it by ear and see how’s things go. Fast forward four hours and we’re nearing the deadline. I decide to purchase additional hours and contact the company. While conversing with Cindy (in customer service) I tried to explain I didn't clearly understand every thing because I've never hired movers before, I underestimated my time and laborers needed; however, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She cut me off repeatedly and continuously said I was painting people out to be “bad guys”. I repeatedly owned responsibility for the confusion but her customer service was at best an F. I could barely get a word in on top of her constantly berating me and being more and more argumentative as time progressed. Even though a 3rd mover or more time was suggested when I confirmed my move the night prior, I assumed 2 movers and 3 hours was enough (per my discussion with Marilyn). My mistakes cost me two additional hours (per the contract). I reached out to Ben and explained my situation and the horrific customer service I received. Initially, his approach was standoffish as I’m sure Cindy has already shared our interactions with him. In the end, he assisted me with purchasing two additional hours. Despite the movers doing such an amazing job, I would most definitely NOT recommend the company because their customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking. They didn’t treat me with decency and I certainly didn’t feel valued as a customer. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

This company is a rip off! I was quoted a price of around 2900 dollars for packing and moving. Got charged 4200 and now they added another 700 dollars to the charge for some more packing supplies. I still can’t believe a local move would cost be 5000 dollars when their initial quote was 2900 dollars. There were 4 guys who came on the day of move. They got almost done in 3 hours but then become extremely slow and dragged for another 2 hours. Guess what- they charged be for 6 hours of loading time. The new home was 40 minutes away- they charged 2 hours as an additional time for move between the houses. Off loading was slow to begin with but the guys slowed extremely again at last 3 hours were painful to watch. They did not explain anything at the end and got my signatures on a few places and told that Benjamin will touch base with me regarding details. Their bills are never ending and could not get satisfactory answer to the details of my bills even 2 weeks after the move. It has been a horrifying experience!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This was the worst experience ever. You will be paying for movers to socialize and take smoke breaks. To begin I sent over an inventory of everything in the house, 110 items total. we were quoted a price of roughly $1800. The workers arrived on time and should have been able to complete this job in under 6 hours. We had a total of 3 movers. The same furniture has been moved before by 2 men in under 6 hours. the worker started at 9am and did not complete the job until after midnight, yes 15 hours. The workers took many smoke breaks and spent a lot of time just standing around talking and on phones. After the job was taking so long the workers suggested we get 2 more guys to help. we agreed to pay an extra $89 an hour. If you use this company which I do not suggest by all means DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!! After the job was done my dad happened to look at his bank account and they had charged more that $4000 on his debit card, yes that is more than double what the initial estimate was. These people are scammers. This company charged my dads card 5 times. The owner did return my call but he just talks in circles and never really explains anything.

Very poorly, this was an emergency situation when my original carrier failed to show. I had to use Master Movers when my carrier failed to show up. It was a move of desperation. I thought I was dealing with an honest company, but they only thing that they did right was show on time with little notice. Damage was made to the house while loading, I was offered a discount on the move (which changed prices along the way) and the discount never happened. Some of my belonging were also broken, one by the supervisor, when I pointed that out, he told be he would inform "Ben", but didn't do it. I had specifically asked for weights as I needed for reimbursement purposes and despite promises to do so up front, this never happened. I was storing my belongings for a month at their location, we had to wait a little longer as no trucks were available. We had loaded 3 smaller trucks and on the delivery date, only one and a half showed up. I talked to Ben a couple of times and he assured me that nothing was missing and that his inventory/quality control was flawless (the supervisor on this trip laughed at that when I mentioned it and he said such a thing did not exist). Late in the afternoon when most of the items had been unloaded Ben called me to tell me they had "found" and additional storage unit with my belongings and they will ship them ASAP, which took an additional two weeks of waiting. The employees of the first move one by one stopped working around 7pm as they did not expect to be paid for the overtime. After consultation with Ben the supervisor informed me that they would leave the boxes staged in the dining and living room for the second crew coming with the rest of our stuff to put on their right place. In addition our upright piano was left in the garage as the crew was unable to move it. I was guaranteed the second "larger" crew would take care of it. When the third truck arrived, it was a subcontractor that refused to touch any of the boxes, much less the piano. I contacted Ben again about this and he refused to acknowledge that the boxes (over 80) left in the dining and living room were going to be moved and that he would look into having a contractor move the piano (which never happened). Our king size bed, daughter's bed, master room dresser, two desks, formal dining table, patio furniture all arrived damaged (this is just a partial list). I communicated this from the time of the first delivery and was told to file a claim to process this. One year later i have been completely ignored, and my communications are going unanswered. BEWARE of BENGAMIN MOSHE and Master Movers.

Movers were incredibly SLOW. Taking calls and texts. Went over time allotted by 30 minutes but the "head mover" told me he would not charge me for the minimum extra hour that they would normally charge as he himself admitted that he was working very slowly. Charge on my credit card for the extra hour was posted to my credit card the next day. I called Master Movers and asked for a credit TWICE. I was told a supervisor would have to "sign off" on it. NEVER HAPPENED. Disputed the charge with my credit card but I was told that since the mover did not give me a credit receipt for the extra hour at the time of the move, I was responsible for the charge. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau but do not expect any satisfaction. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.

I was terrified after hearing some of the stories about moves gone wrong. I think that it is equally important to write about services when they go well and give crew where credit is due so I want to thank Master Movers for a job well done. All my furniture made it intact. They helped moving industry regain my trust in them with their great service. Kudos to Ben for overseeing the move, you were great and a true professional.

For frequent movers like me, it’s important to find a moving company who suits your needs and stick with them. Thankfully, I have found my match. I hired Master Movers 2 times now and they always did great work. They last moved my belongings last week. Their men are always very organized and efficient. I have a lot of trust in this company which took time to build over the years. Frankly, I wouldn’t hire any other company simply because this company knows about me and my valuables a lot more. In the end of the day, loyalty still means something to this world.

I hired Master Movers to move my stuffs last week. Frankly all I did during the move was to drive to my new house. Everything else was taken care of by these guys. They arrived on time, came fully prepared and worked like machines. They wrapped all my breakables with great care. They delivered everything on time and my valuables were completely unharmed. It really was a perfect move.

Master Movers was easily accessible during entire process via email or phone. Their manager thoroughly explained how the moving would go and gave me the estimate based the information I gave. The movers were on time and got to work quickly. The movers were great at the packing service- all the boxes were marked and easily found upon arrival. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left. I had a really stress-free move with these guys.

I really have no words to describe how good Master Movers is. They gave me an amazing quote to begin with. The customer service was prompt and friendly. The movers and the truck pulled up in front of my house sharp on the clock. They packed everything carefully and then completed the loading process. I saw them taking a thorough inventory. They made the delivery on time as well. The foreman showed me the inventory and matched it with everything. Nothing was lost, damaged or broken. My belongings made it safely. I am just blown away by their efficiency.

The sales agent, customer representative, the pickup driver, pickup crew, delivery driver and delivery crew were tremendously very helpful and courteous. The length of delivery days does not matter to me but the condition of my valuables was a big thing. They gave me both, on-time delivery and unscathed, complete furniture. They also assembled the disassembled furniture and perfectly placed it on area we required. I never had any problems at all. Worth every penny I paid them and gave a worthy big tip to both the pickup and delivery personnel.

Master Movers provided my family with a lovely and fast move. We decided to move from Indiana to Illinois and we were lucky enough to find this affordable and professional company that finished the whole moving in 4 days.

Master Movers is a wonderful company with caring people. Their owner is a great guy. He knows how to talk with a customer. The requirement analysis was excellent. They crew who he sent was well mannered; took care of my family, belongings and my pet. They showed highest level of professionalism from the initial step of proposal till the decoration of my apartment. We are very impressed. I would also like to mention that they charged a moderate amount and also gave us very useful tips. We will use them again.

I always thought moving companies are no good. Then I hired Master Movers which completely changed my mind. I got a hint of their efficiency when I called them first. Their customer service was very helpful and prompt. Their quote was unbeatable. The best part of their service was the movers. They were so punctual and efficient. The movers were so fast at the packing and loading process. The delivery was made on time and everything was in perfect condition. All my prejudices about moving companies are gone.

I absolutely loathed the idea of having to move since it creates so much unnecessary drama. But Master Movers made my move so easy. I hired them after my friend suggested them. They took over all the responsibilities on their shoulders and did such a fine job. They maintained their schedules and transported every piece of my belongings safely. The customer service was very helpful at every point during this move. They didn’t even charge anything extra in the end. If this is how the moving companies operate, I wouldn’t be scared to move again.
