Erin is the best! While not in a huge rush, I'd been looking for a house for a while in this insanely competitive market. When a house came up in the PERFECT location, I put in a bid and was beat out in multiple offers. Erin reached out to the Seller's Agent the next day to get more information about the offer taken, and found out the Buyer chosen was backing out. Because of Erin's call, I was offered the opportunity to buy the home without it going back on the market! Erin was great in giving inspection guidance, digging into Title Company issues, and providing contractor recommendations before and after closing. When my wife and I decided we were ready to move we were excited, but also a little nervous about everything that could go wrong as we went through the process. We contacted David and Erin because of the strong recommendation we received from family that had previously worked with them. She also provided us with recommendations for contractors of various sorts whenever we asked for them. After we purchased our home, Erin still recommended contractors when we asked, helped us troubleshoot issues we had with one contractor in particular (whom she had *not* suggested to us), and she checked up on us well after we had closed the deal to make sure we were settling in and to see if we needed any further help. Ultimately, Erin knows her business and her clients. She is professional through and through. She gets to know her clients and is very easy to work with and to talk to. She makes sure she knows her clients’ needs and makes the whole process as smooth and as easy as possible. We’ll definitely recommend Erin to anyone we know who is planning to buy or sell a home, and we’ll most certainly call her again when it comes time for to sell our own.
