I cannot say enough about the excellent service provided by Marita Topmiller. I first contacted Marita over a year ago via email when I started thinking about buying my first home. She was quick to respond, answered all of my questions (trust me, there were a TON), was encouraging, and never once pressured me into anything. I decided to wait a little longer before buying. She made it known that she was available when I was ready but did not hound me once. When I was ready to buy, I contacted her and we immediately started the process. Marita was professional, responsive, and served as my advocate throughout the entire buying process. The process took longer than I expected (through no fault of hers) and she remained professional and patient throughout. She made herself available as needed, even at 10pm when I would call or text her freaking out. I strongly recommend Marita to anyone who needs a realtor. She listened to what I wanted and only showed me what I would be interested in. She got a good feel of my personality of what I like and what I wanted. She has given me a lot of good options and choices. She does her homework and tailors the properties that you look at to your personality and what you want. She doesn't waste your time. She has a good eye for potential problems. She even scopes out the neighborhood for what you want. She tailors everything to your needs/wants.
