M. H. Pomander's Bridal

Description of Work: My daughter and I had made an appointment for her to try on bridal gowns. At the time my daughter made the appointment she specified her budget and was told they had gowns in that range. My daughter lives out of town and drove 3 hours for the appt. We arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. The 2 owners were very engrossed with another group and they were all drinking mimosas. We were barely greeted. My daughter was instructed to fill out a form. Subsequently she was dismissed because she was told they did not have anything in her price range. I asked what they had in the style she preferred and they produced 2 gowns neither which were of interest. We never even took off our coats or were asked to be seated. We were very disappointed with the rude and condescending attitudes of the owners. Not surprisingly, she purchased her gown at another salon and we would never return to this shop. We felt the owners were motivated by money only and they exhibited no genuine interest in helping a bride at this very special time.
