Lyndhurst Lawnmower

Didn't use them. But would like to get his issue cleared up with the BBB 2 unresolved

I called a few times to see if they have started to work on it yet. In the mean time, I bought an old lawnmower from him that he said he serviced. When I got it home, the blade was not sharpen, grass was falling out of it, the air filter was dirty, and the plug had not been replaced. These were all items that he said was serviced. He said I had to prime it a few times and put gas in it. I did and it still would not start. I ended up going to the store and buying a new one. The customer service was terrible. I would like to add this comment. When I went back to pick up my Honda lawn mower (not repaired per my request after learning the true about the used mower that I purchased), I dealt with the younger gentlemen ( I did not get his name) that was much easier to deal with. He was more customer focused than Steve was. He also refunded my money for the used mower that I purchased which I did not think they would do to the receipt stating as is no warranty. However, when someone tells me that what I am purchasing has been completely gone through and then I find out different, I will never do business with them again. Customer focus and customer trust should be their first priority.

Not very good business company

Outstanding experience. Pricing was competitive. Service was outstanding. Delivery occurred as promised. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable.

The repair was fine and the price reasonable. They could have done a much better job letting me know the status while the mower was in their shop almost two months.

My LawnBoy mower wouldn't start after being in storage for a year. The employees were very nice and informed me that they were very busy and it would be a couple weeks before I had it back. The mower was cleaned up nicely and works well. I think the price was very reasonable.

It is wonderful. They were on time and polite. We have ordered parts in the past and got them on time. Everyone has been helpful.

I STOPPED IN SEVERAL TIMES WHILE LOOKING FOR A NEW RIDING MOWER. JIM THE OWNER HELPED ME EACH TIME. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EVEN LET ME DRIVE THE MOWER IN HIS LOT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN HIS SHOP, BUT HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE AN OLD CUSTOMER. I HAVE USED ONE OF HIS COMPETITORS FOR YEARS AND I FEEL AS IF I CAN TRUST HIM AND HE LEAD ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I BOUGHT FROM HIM AS HE CARRIED SIMPLICITY AND I REALLY LIKED THE FEATURES OF THIS PARTICULAR MOWER. WHEN THEY DELIVERED MY NEW MOWER IT HAD A ''BUG'' AND THEY TOOK IT BACK AND FIXED IT AND RETURNED WITHIN A FEW HOURS. THIS IS SERVICE.

THEY TOLD ME HOW LONG THE PROCESS WAS GOING TO TAKE ALONG WITH A POTENTIAL ESTIMATE. PRETTY ACCURATE ON COST AND TIME FRAME OF SERVICE. GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. WILL HELP LOAD AND UNLOAD ITEMS.
