Once we decided on which materials we liked, the installer came to measure the work areas within a day. The store then called just two days later with an estimate for the total job cost. This was our lowest and most timely estimate so we returned to the store to finalize our order. The materials arrived at the store three days ahead of the promised date. Strangely, their policy is to pay in full (even for the installation costs) at this time in the process. Admittedly this made be nervous and required trust that they would complete the promised job. Turns out I didn't need to worry. The install went very well. Ronnie, the installer was a true craftsman. Any unforeseen problem he encountered (and a 95 year old home presented several of those) were skillfully addressed. He stuck with the job until completed, even returning a few days later to correct one very small issue. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result.
