Lucas Realty Group (LRG) makes the buying and selling process for our clients an extremely satisfying and non-pressured experience. Our goal is to provide superior service to our clients so we can be your "Realtors for Life." For our sellers, we conduct research on current market trends so that we can advise them regarding the current market value, trends, improvements, and marketing that will help their property sell quickly. For our buyers, we establish property searches tailored to their specific interests and desires that will help them find the perfect property. Once the property is selected, we help them with the pend-to-close process with all paperwork, contractors, and any other services. We also can help those is jeopardy of foreclosure and bankruptcy by presenting them with some different options. Lastly, we are developing professional relationships with banks to market bank-owned properties that we can then market to our clients and investors.

Lucas Realty Group staged our home to sell, installed a backsplash in the kitchen, framed our bathroom mirrors, took professional digital photographs to showcase our home online, and sold our home in just eight days after listing it! We found Lucas Realty Group to be incredibly talented in knowing how to present our home in the best way to attract a buyer and sell. They researched and took time to understand the market, our home, our neighborhood and the area to best price our property. The entire process with Lucas Realty Group was a great experience and led to the result we were looking for - to sell our home in a timely manner at the right sale price. I highly recommend them for listing, staging, photographing, pricing, marketing and selling homes.

Everything you would expect from a realtor and more! It shows he doesn't think of it as work because he is willing to take calls/questions after normal business hours and can show houses in a moment's notice!!
Description of Work: Wonderful Realtor. Really cares about selling your house and loves his job!! We can text or call him at anytime and if he doesn't answer he gets back with us very quickly!
