LOWE'S

We worked with Lowes project specialist Cruz Acosta. Everything turned out really nice. Cruz made some suggestion that we were not sure about, but it turned out really nice. They were on time and the same 2 workers completed the job.

Not well at all. Incorrect countertops were installed (i.e. built-in back splashes rather than set-on back splashes, an 11-inch section missing, and a back splash on one section, where is was to have been a side splash.) Had to keep the incorrect countertops while waiting for replacements, because the original countertops had to be cut with a saw to remove them. Corrected replacement countertops were due to be delivered three weeks ago, but manufacturer cannot find them. They are making the countertops a third time and say they will be delivered next week. Throughout the process, I have had to drive to the Lowes store to deal with the issue rather than dealing with it by phone, because calls to the project coordinator always go straight to voicemail with no return call until I have driven to the store and have gotten a manager involved.

Only worked probably 6 hours a day. Arrived around 9:30-10:00, hour lunch, left 4:00-5:00. Short handed one day. Put leveling compound down garbage disposal, did all sawing inside, leaving a filthy mess to clean up and finish work of quarter round trim cuts looked like a child cut them. Chewed up corners where it came together. Very sloppy work. Lowes was not behind the customer. We provided photos, etc and were given some compensation. Would NEVER hire them for anything again!!

We had called and they came that day, but they had forgotten to schedule somebody. Quality was an A once they got here. They did a good job. They figured out they were wrong. The cost was reasonable and installation was great.

It went well. I did have to call them back to take a look at some issues I had and they did take a little to get back with us but they did come back out and fixed the issue. They cleaned up after themselves and they were professional. It did take a little while to get our window ordered and delivered. They took of the trim off the window outside and damaged it a little but just left it and did not fix or offer to fix the issue with a replacement.

They were not very happy when my husband told them it was too much money and we asked for an additional estimate to compare pricing. After that we never heard from them. Even before that, I had to call them several times just to get an appointment and figure out what was going on. I felt very rushed to make a decision and I didn't like it.

It went great! They removed all the old flooring and redid the baseboards.

Arrived on time, had all supplies needed for the job , quick work and did a wonderful job. Left the area cleaned when job was finished.the whole process was great, from talking with the consultant to the installers. I would recommend their service.Explained in detail what they were doing when changes were make, due to the type of fence I ordered adjustments were made and every thing came together. I love it. We purchased two deWalt tool kits and a grinder. Fathers day presents. Were go in that store at least twice a week. Brandon I think... He had the nerve to tell the security to follow us around the store. Very embarrassing. We went to Ashley and she told security to leave it was fine. Then we could go back to finishing up our shopping. :) Will not work with that guy again.

Price was better than carpet stores for what looked and felt like the exact same carpet and better pad. Then only difference was the warranty and name (same manufacture, density etc.) . Installers were on time and did a fantastic job installing. We've had the carpet 1 year and couldn't be happier.

They are so punctual and they have a personal approach. They would often call to make sure we were okay. As a matter of fact, a lady there knows us by name. Whenever we enter their store, she would talk to us and made sure we were happy with their service.

Everything went very well. They follow up and if I have a problem they take care of it.

Water heater was leaking. Went to Lowe's and talked to sales person. He went through a variety of water heaters and explained the cost to benefits ratio. I decided on the one I purchased. Best value for the money. They installed it the same day. Took the old one away.

They had great service when I purchased items at Lowes.

I bought it in the store, set up a time for delivery and install, they installed, took the old one away. For $500 less any of the ones on your list.

They're fine, they are quick and inexpensive, definitely the best price in town.

Lowe's usually has the selection you need and their customer service was good. Their quality, price, and responsiveness were great.

I like them because of their convenience. They are very good and I give them an A rating. The ones I deal with know me so I would say an A for those guys. They are good, when I walk in they even greet me by name.

They just checked us out, it was pretty much a self service. It was a good experience.

They were bad and I would not recommend them. The installers left me with an unfinished job and did not come back for a couple of days. They took the refrigerator door of for a couple of days and as such I could not use it. Their responsiveness never gave me any satisfaction. There were days of inconvenience while they were working. I would not use them again in the future.

It is convenient and they are responsive. I would use them again.

.They are perfect and the workmanship was great. The customer service was seamless from the time you ordered until the time they were installed.

I liked the way they stayed on top of the job. They were very professional and very punctual.
