Description of Work: I ordered and paid in full for app. 200 sq feet of carpeting that was to be installed within 3 weeks. I never received a phone call and when I finally got a call answered at 4 weeks I was told that the carpet company made a mistake and they would expedite shipment and the carpeting would arrive in 3 days . It never arrived and they did not call to update me. After a week I called and was told the carpet needed to be manufactured and I needed to wait another 2 weeks. After two months and no consistent information, I asked for my money back. I went to pick up the check and they never even apologized. I could not believe this was the level of customer service from a big name company.
