Description of Work: We have an old Kurtzman baby grand piano in our basement and it hadn't been tuned in over 15 year. Our piano teacher suggested we use Londe Piano Tuning & Repair. The piano had also become very dusty inside and was quite disgusting. Lisa verified the appointment, showed up right on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, tuned and cleaned the piano, advised us on future care and potential issues with a piano that is so old. I give Londe Piano Tuning five stars! (:

She is very precise about what she does. She has given us some good recommendations in terms of the general care of the piano. I don't have a frame of reference for her price. She is very professional.

+ -1 moreLisa showed up on time and began her work. The initial inspection was making sure all the screws were tight after delivery and checked the pedals. Tuned the piano. She explained everything she was doing while she was doing it and answered all of my questions. This appointment was covered by Meridian Music, but I will be using her again in July and October this year for more tunings.
