Description of Work: Dave and his crew came out and gave us ideas for small changes in the way our cabinets were laid out. They did the work and did a fabulous job. On time, on schedule, and the couple small problems we had they came out and fixed immediately. Also, when our counter top had a problem on the edge almost two years later, they came out and spent 4 hours re doing it completely for no charge!

+ -1 morePRICE WAS COMPETITIVE AND SAMPLES WE SAW WERE VERY WELL DONE. POLITE AND HELPFUL UNTIL TIME OF DELIVERY WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG COUNTER TOPS AND TOLD US WE HAD CHANGED OUR MINDS. ALL PROFESSIONALISM ENDED AT THAT TIME!
Description of Work: ORDERED NEW KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS. I WOULD RATE A+ UNTIL TIME OF DELIVERY/INSTALLATION. THEY ORDERED THE WRONG COUNTER TOPS. WHEN QUESTIONED ON DELIVERY, OUR SALESMAN BECAME AGITATED AND ACCUSED US OF CHANGING OUR MINDS AND TOLD US WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WE WANTED. HE SAID IT WAS OUR FAULT BECAUSE WE FAILED TO NOTICE HE HAD WRITTEN THE INCORRECT PATTERN ON OUR ORDER. THEY DID REFUND OUR MONEY, HOWEVER, THE SALESMAN SAID THEY NOW HAVE ''BINDING'' CONTRACTS SO THEY WON'T HAVE TO MAKE REFUNDS IN THE FUTURE. SOUNDS TO US LIKE THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE MESSED UP AND TRIED TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER.
