 + -1 moreI researched safety covers for our pool both at local vendors and on the web. No else came close to price and knowledge I got from Leslie's. Jason showed me plenty of options and was extremely informative. He listened to what our needs were, helped us pick out the exactly what we needed, and arranged a perfect fit and install on a very odd shaped pool. All appointment times were met, all quotes were accurate. Basically, we spent a ton less than what other places quoted, and got superior service as well. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreAs a first time pool owner, I felt that they took advantage of my inexperience to sell unneeded chemicals. I will probably never be able to use all this acid. None of the water tests that have been done since have indicated a need to add any acid at all, and my pool is clear. I'm thankful that I did not follow the instructions from Leslie Pool Supplies, because it would have been costly to correct the damage 10 gallons of muriatic acid would have caused to my pool water and liner.
Description of Work: I took a sample of my pool water to Leslie Pool Supplies for analysis. They recommended that I add 10 gallons of muriatic acid to my pool. After purchasing the recommended quantity of acid, I overheard someone complaining to the clerk that her mother had added the recommended acid to their water and that their pool water was terrible. So my husband and I did some research and found that adding that much acid would be a bad idea. In fact, we added very little of it. When I called Leslie's to see if I could return the unused acid they refused to accept it.

 + -1 moreANYTIME WE HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR POOL--CLOUDINESS, ALGAE, ETC., THEY HAVE WORKED WITH US TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THIS SEASON WE HAD A CLOUDY POOL SHORTLY AFTER OPENING IT THIS SPRING. LESLIES STAFF WORKED WITH US TO SYSTEMATICALLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

 + -1 moreI WAS TAKING MY DOG TO THE VET NEARBY AND WAS WAITING, SO I STOPPED BY THEIR STORE TO SEE WHAT THEY HAD. IT WAS 2 MINUTES UNTIL 10, AND THEY OPENED AT 10, SO I LOOKED IN THE WINDOWS AND SAW A GENTLEMAN IN THERE, HOWEVER, HE DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY PRESENCE, OR COME TO LET ME IN. I FELT THAT WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND IT HAD TURNED 10 WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. HE SAW ME THERE, AND SAW ME WALK AWAY. I JUST THOUGHT THAT WAS RUDE.
