We have used Lawn Pride for the past 3 years. They are professional and have helped our lawn achieve a desirable look, along with consistent watering. They are usually attentive to specific needs and are willing to come back out and make things right if need be. My lawn has been green, mostly free of weeds and overall it's thriving. I would recommend them. I will mention that the pricing has continually increased every year so far. Hopefully, that trend will stop or level off, I would like to continue to work with them.

I have used Lawn Pride for 2 years now and have seen a revitalization in the health of my lawn. Their professionalism and promptness is the best and every person that has worked with my yard has gone above and beyond good and courteous service. If you are still doing lawn maintenance by by buying product from the big box stores and applying yourself, you are missing out on a great service that in the long run is more cost effective, and will improve the health of your lawn making your yard the envy of your neighborhood.

Lawn Pride is a great company to take care of all your lawn needs. We pay for yearly fertilization. They come out a several times a year and always blow the fertilizer off of our driveway before leaving. They also leave a note on our front door to tell us what services they performed and helpful tips of what we can do to make our lawn look better. They also follow up with an email of the services they performed. Very courteous, on time and professional.

Lawn Pride took very good care of my lawn. When I noticed any issues or had questions, they always returned to address the issue quickly with no additional charges.

My lawn, after one season, is beginning to look much better. I have used other companies for this, but the results with Lawn Pride are much better. Had aeration and seeding done this fall; am waiting to see those results in the spring. Seeding seemed a bit sparse, but we'll see.

We have used Lawn Pride for multiple seasons now for lawn treatment applications. We have had no issues with their services. They have good communication and we are pleased with the service provided.

The price was better than nationally known competitors, and we received 1 or 2 more treatments than them as well. Lawn Pride is locally based and thus knows our weather in Indiana. I also appreciated the included the bug treatment too.

They transformed my yard in a few visits. My home is just a couple years old, and trying to grown new grass and keep the sod healthy was a challenge. They are thoughtful and intentional with how they have treated the yard. The other differentiator is they actually clean up. Some of my neighbors use other companies and they leave mud and other items all over the place.

Lawn Pride did several treatments over the middle of summer and fall. I also had them do core aeration and overseeding in the fall. I can't begin to say what a difference this has made in my yard. I have a beautiful yard now and can only imagine how much better it will be after continued treatments.

I signed up for my annual lawn maintenance for 2019 in April, 2019. I paid $920 for services in 2019. Costs for service: my lot is about 1/2 acre. They require at least 6 lawn treatments annually for your contract. My monthly cost was $86, including sales tax. I also got their grub treatment in June for $157.00 and $300 in late September for their double-core aeration and overseeding service just in the front yard. They used a good fescue blend for their seeds. I didn't get their #7 and #8 treatments due to the cold weather we had in late October. I had picked up all of my hoses and sprinkler heads in mid-October this year (2019). I also took advantage of their monthly/seasonal coupons or deals during 2019. Pros: Lawn Pride is very local here in Indianapolis, Indiana. Their main office/shop is 5 minutes away from our property. It’s nice to “reach out and touch people” if/when problems arise for your service company versus a national company hundreds of miles away. This company’s communications for their customers are outstanding! You get access to their account database for your payments, upcoming treatments, and extensive details for their chemical treatments for fertilizers, lawn problems (i.e., crabgrass, etc.), insects, and grubs. The application people that visit your property are very professional and give you a long, detailed list of the treatment for that day including the invoice for your payment, hints for watering, mowing, etc. They know their business, they’re very helpful, very knowledgeable, can recommend alternate chemicals/services/treatments, and can help you maintain your lawn’s appearance and health. They’re not 17-year-old kids applying chemicals on your lawn once per month! Their applicators are certified and have obviously had some serious training and experience. The people who answer the phones are very responsible, knowledgeable, they know your account, and act quickly on your lawn concerns. I had a big problem with crabgrass in early 2019. So, they scheduled their applicator for an additional treatment, they upped the types of chemicals/herbicides to treat that condition, and at end of the treatment season, most of the nasty crabgrass was almost eliminated. I’m very pleased that my lawn is SO MUCH BETTER than it was in April, 2019. In 2019, we had crazy weather conditions for lawn treatments! We had +8.00” of rain in June – a new track record! Then, we barely got any rain starting the first day of July, through August, and September. We had serious drought conditions around Indianapolis area in the summer of 2019. We had to water our lawn 2-3 times per week, usually around 1-4 hours in the morning. We had a lot of work to water a half-acre lawn to move above-ground sprinklers and hoses almost daily. Since we just moved into this current house (built in 1962) in August, 2019, and we had $8,000 septic system repairs and additional $2,500 of serious fine grading, and double-core aeration and overseeding in late 2018 done (in the front yard area). The whole lawn needed a LOT of seriously TLC due to lack of previous maintenance for many years. Now, our grass is GREEN and VERY HEALTHY. I bet our lawn is one of the best in our sub-division! (Many of our neighbors had totally brown grass if they didn’t water extensively and didn’t have good professional lawn treatments in 2019.) We’ll definitely go to Lawn Pride for our 2020 lawn maintenance programs again. Cons: not many. Their core-aeration service equipment produced only ~0.50” to 1.00” per core. In my years of maintaining good lawns over 30+ years, good lawn cores should be at least 2 inches long. I don’t know if their equipment wasn’t calibrated well or their operator didn’t know how to adjust their equipment. Also, the #6 lawn treatment was done on Monday, 30-SEP-2019. That was supposed to include planned herbicide to kill weeds! On Friday, 27-SEP-2019 their service of double-core aeration and overseeding was done. I had to consult with the operator immediately on Monday morning to ELIMINATE THE PLANNED HERBICIDE TREATMENT since they had just overseeded the large front yard 2 days prior! Obviously, those two crews (from the same company) didn’t communicate well for my property for their treatments. You don’t apply herbicide on brand-new broadcast fescue seeds on your lawn! It takes several days/weeks for that new grass seed to sprout and make more grass plants. Plus, I was watering the yards to make the new grass seeds grow ASAP before the frost hit this year.

I hired Lawn Pride to treat my yard. I have to say my yard is nothing to be proud of. I have achieved much better results doing it myself at a lower cost. They did not follow the weed prescription we agreed to. They tried to up sell me a perimiter treatment and went ahead with the application after I told the I didn't want it. They kept leaving me notes about dull blades, mowing height and watering as causes of my lawn issues. My yard is irrigated, my blades are sharp, and my mowing height is set at the recommended 3 1/2 inches. I paid for two grub applications and still had grubs. They have a nice offering in their marketing materials but fall short delivering on the promises made.

My yard started out in really bad condition and by the end of the first season almost every bare spot has been eliminated and the weeds are almost non existent. I have been very pleased with the quality of service that I have received from Lawn Pride.

We are thrilled with the results and will use them for the same services next year.

We had our first treatment today, so it is too early to comment on that. We can say that the Technician that came to provide the service was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing and what we need to do as follow up. Joseph (Joey) was very professional. Ms. Monica, the person at the office was also very helpful in asking questions to understand what we were looking for and explaining the different types of services that they provide. So far we are very pleased with the service. We still have to see, most likely next year how well our lawn will do.

Lawn Pride is the best lawn care company that we have used. Prior to Lawn Pride we used another well known company who provided mowing, landscaping and lawn treatments. However, when a friend referred us to Lawn Pride, who are devoted to lawn care only, our lawn has never looked so good! Being seasoned homeowners who takes pride in our yard, we highly recommend Lawn Pride!

I have used Lawn Pride for 5 years now and am so happy to have them take care of my lawn. In spring I notice how my lawn is so much greener than the lawns of my neighbors and free of dandelions. The fertilizer and feed they provide my lawn provides me the best lawn on my block. I will continue to use Lawn Pride to take care of my lawn.

excellent --- they always called the day before the service was to be performed and showed up when they said they would. They always let me know what they were doing with each application and what I should and shouldn't do for the next week (e.g. don't mow the lawn for 2 days, etc.) Any time I have called with a question, I received an immediate response. I have used Lawn Pride for several years and my yard looks great, even though I have 3 dogs. I am on a yearly fee basis (all paid up front) instead of payment for each application
