They come out when they say they will, they are fairly priced, and our lawn looks great!

Have used them for several years and had one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. On the rare occasion when we had problems with weeds, they came out (free of charge) between scheduled treatments.

I scheduled the core aeration to be done in mid-September. It was completed adequately, but a couple of weeks later than promised. I inquired, and they stated they were running a week or so behind due to the rainy weather. Hard to control the weather, but wished they had communicated the delay with me.

I have been a little hesitant to let another lawn company service my yard again after going back and forth over the years between servicing it myself and contracting with other lawn companies. However, after speaking with a Lawn Pride representative, they convinced me to give them a shot. They attest to being organized differently than many of their competitors, giving me a single personal point of contact for all my needs. Unfortunately, I have called 2-3 times throughout the year and each time found out that my personal contact no longer works for them. However, the people I have talked with would take my request, and have done a good job following up on it. They have also seemed to be more customer focused than other companies I've dealt with in the past. The results of their service have been good, but not excellent, although I sense they are really trying to continue to win me over. I plan to stay with them until they prove to me otherwise.

They do a good job. They come once a month and leave the bill in our door. We will keep using them.

Their service is very professional and they are very pleasant to work with from the technician to the office personnel. They are terrific with answering questions and follow up.

They have always been professional and we get good results (green yard with minimal weeds). One time when selling a house back in 2004, I really needed fast action to kill dandelions and they came out that day, although not scheduled for another month, and came through and didn't charge me for that treatment. Surprisingly when I moved to my new house with a yard about twice as big, they kept the same price.

We thought that $60 was a great price for our 1/2 acre of land. However, the first time they came out, they sprayed someone else's yard. They send us a bill and when I called they send someone out to look at the yard and respray it. While I was little troubled that they couldn't remember where my yard was, they quickly rectified the situation. Our yard has never looked better.

They do an excellent job because our lawn looks great! They come every 3 months and get everything done quickly. The price is right and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Overall, I was pleased & I will likely use the company again. There were some little details that disappointed us (e.g., mulch bed line not clean, left some yard debris on patio & in air conditioners) but for the size of the job, I was largely happy. The landscape designer, Miles, was pleasant to work with & had good ideas. He was not present on the day of installation.

They were okay, but didn't follow directions about my gate. I asked them to lock the gate after they left because of my dogs, but they never remembered.

My overall experience with Lawn Pride was great. My landscape designer, Miles Floetker, and team went beyond the call of duty. I'm considering another project next spring and my first phone call will be to Lawn Pride, Miles Floetker. Great job guys!

Even though LawnPride did help me to improve my lawn, I am not going to use their services this year. Their staff was very friendly, and they tried their best to address all my questions and concerns, but their execution left much to be desired. The problems started early. They completely forgot the first of the four treatments we agreed on. They apologized and promised to fix this at no charge, yet they mailed a bill for it. A follow up call was required after the next application, because there were lots of Dandelions and other weeds. I called to ask to do the 3rd treatment early, and they did, but again I had to call, because there were problems with the lawn. I called LawnPride after the last treatment to report what was a clear spreading error. A few days later they came and fixed it. However, they said the problem was due to a diseases rather than a misapplication. I'm still amazed at this grass disease that could form two perfectly marked S's in my backyard.

THEY CALLED AGAIN A FEW MONTHS LATER TO TELL ME THAT I WAS DUE FOR ANOTHER TREATMENT. I TOLD THEM I WASN'T SIGNED UP FOR THAT, AND DID NOT WANT ANY OTHER WORK. THEY CALLED ME AGAIN IN THE FALL FOR ANOTHER TREATMENT, AND I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED. I'VE RECENTLY RECEIVED A BILL FROM THEM FOR WORK THEY SUPPOSEDLY DID. I CALLED AND SAID THAT I HAD TOLD THEM NOT TO COME OUT, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T CHARGE ME, BUT I RECEIVED A BILL ANYWAY. THEY SAID THAT THEIR RECORDS SHOW I AM SIGNED UP FOR MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL TREATMENT, AND THAT THERE WAS NO RECORD THAT I DIDN'T WANT ANOTHER TREATMENT

WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR 2 YEARS, BUT WILL PROBABLY TERMINATE AFTER THIS SEASON. WE FEEL WE HAVE TOO MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF WEEDS FOR A TREATED LAWN. DID NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH OUR OTHER PROVIDER. THE SERVICE FOR THE TREES/SHRUBS SEEMED ADEQUATE.

NOT GREAT. THEY KILLED THE DANDELIONS, BUT NOTHING ELSE. OUR GRASS HAD MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF WEEDS, AND WE HAD HOPED TO SEE SOME OF THEM GONE. WHEN ASKED, THEY CLAIMED NONE OF THOSE TYPES OF WEEDS COULD BE KILLED. WE SWITCHED SERVICE, AND FOUND THAT THEY COULD BE KILLED.

THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT WITH TREATMENTS, PHONE AHEAD OF TIME, AND LEAVE A DETAILED LIST OF WHAT WAS COMPLETED. OUR LAWN LOOKS GREAT.

LANDSCAPE DESIGNER, MILES, WAS VERY FLEXIBLE AND LET US CHANGE AND SUBSTITUTE ITEMS FOR FINAL PLAN. PHONE CALLS WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY AND WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND DONE QUICKLY. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS WHERE THINGS WERE PLACED BUT THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THEM WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH LAWNPRIDE IS ALWAYS POSITIVE. KEITH IS OUR MAIN CONTACT AND HE ALWAYS SHOWS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HE BALANCES GIVING US WHAT WE WANT BUT ALSO ADVISING US ON OTHER OPTIONS THAT MIGHT BE A BETTER FIT WITH OUR OVERALL LANDSCAPING PLAN. WE HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF TREES/BUSHES DIE OR NOT THRIVE AS WELL AND LAWN PRIDE HAS REPLACED THEM RIGHT AWAY.

THE SERVICE IS FINE, BUT WE WOULD STILL SEE WEEDS IN OUR YARD AND THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR GRUB TREATMENTS, ETC.

WE GOT THE SERVICE BECAUSE WE WERE TIRED OF PULLING DANDELIONS. THEY CONTROLLED THOSE PRETTY WELL, BUT WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY USE FOR THE FERTILIZATION. THE TREATMENTS COST ABOUT $300/YEAR, WHICH SEEMS PRETTY PRICEY FOR WHAT THEY DO: COME OUT ABOUT ONCE A MONTH, SPRAY FERTILIZER ON YOUR LAWN FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN LEAVE. MEANWHILE, OUR LAWN STILL LOOKS PRETTY BAD, SINCE IT NEEDS RESEEDING AND OCCASIONAL WATERING. SINCE I HAVE TO WORK ON THE LAWN ANYWAY FOR THOSE THINGS, I MIGHT AS WELL DO IT ALL MYSELF!

WE'VE HAD THE SERVICE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. THIS YEAR WE SEEM TO HAVE MORE WEEDS THAN LAST YEAR. WE'RE GOING TO GIVE THEM ONE MORE YEAR TO SEE IF THEY CAN GET THE WEEDS UNDER CONTROL.

WE HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE PROVIDED BY LAWN PRIDE. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND RESPOND WELL TO PHONE CALLS. WHEN WE HAD WEEDS GROWING IN THE SPRING, THEY CAME OUT AFTER THE PHONE CALL AND SPRAYED WITHOUT ISSUE.
