They are very responsive, professional and we have been pleased with the results.

If I see a weed or anything in my yard, they come back and do a second weed control treatment on my yard at no extra charge. They also treat the whole yard and not just the area where I notice the weeds.

They are an extremely responsive company. They always show up on time. They have been able to answer any questions I have. They provide really good service.

We've been using them for a few months to maintain our lawn in a home we just purchased. The former owners had used this service. From a business standpoint, they seem rather unorganized. We are constantly having to call them back after they leave messages to let them know they have the wrong service scheduled or the wrong timing. BUT, we keep them because the people they send out to do the work are VERY friendly, and know a lot about lawns.

The weeds haven't died off as quickly as we had hoped they would. Otherwise, they provide adequate service. They are pretty friendly. They are able to answer any questions we have.

We have used them for several years. We have never had any problems with them. They have always provided satisfactory and consistent work. The only drawback is that they do not tell us when they are coming.

They are prompt, responsive, and the people that answer the phones are always polite and friendly.

My yard was horrible! I had bare spots, all different kinds of grass and weeds. Plus I have two dogs that have made a track along my fence. I hired Lawn Pride to tell me what I could do. They gave me a detailed estimate and plenty of suggestions. After over a year with the company, the weeds are under control and the grass is a lot of healthier. We're still working on the fence line. The weeds are dead there but there's no grass. They suggested seeding it this fall after my aeration. I'm still struggling with the fescue clumps, though, but I can live with those for now. They've been very patient and professional through all my phone calls and numerous questions. I think I've spoken to everyone there. I think I know more about grass and weeds now than I ever wanted to know. Overall, very pleased with Lawn Pride.

I called Lawn Pride to check on prices and they gave me a very reasonable price. I had been with another company for years before that and wasn't really happy with them. Lawn Pride has done a great job with my yard. It looks better than it has in years even with the mass amounts of rain that the south side had earlier in the year.

We have had the service for 2 seasons now. The first year the service wasn't bad, but they supposedly put grub control on our lawn, and it didn't work. They killed large patches of grass in our yard. So a representative came out, saw the yard, and said it was grub worms, and that they would seed our yard for free to fix the problem. After I returned from Iraq and my year long deployment, I found out that they never seeded as they said they would. The other special circumstance we have is a large dog. We asked if they could come out in the morning to treat our yard so that it would be dry and safe for our dog to go out in the yard when we got home. The first year they seemed to do that well. Now on to the second year of horrible service. They started this year of on a bad note. All of a sudden they can't make it out here in the morning to service our yard to make it safe for the dog. We have to reschedule for that four times now, after they put notes in their system to see that it doesn't happen again. That didn't work. One of those times they rescheduled because they didn't make it out in the a.m., they never even showed up the day they rescheduled it. On top of that, I have more weeds than I have ever had in my yard. And the final thing that I have had problems with them this year is the fact that they mysteriously cant find my address or house now after servicing it for 2 years. So overall the most awful service I have had from any company in the last 5 years.

I called to get a price for service. I had a gentleman come out and leave all the information on my door. That night he called me to go over all the services that they offered. I did not choose all of them, but started with a full service program. I am going on my second year. My lawn has never looked better! I had another company in the past. I don't even think they did my back yard. Since Lawn Pride took over my back yard is thick and lush! I paid double the price with the other company and never yielded the results that Lawn Pride has given me. I am so pleased with them.

A guy came out and I talked to him about it and he left a very detailed estimate. I was impressed that he did all that work in only two days. He did an excellent job cleaning up and called later on to follow up to make sure we were happy.

They leave a note on my door telling me that they were there and did the work. I have been home when they came and I did not even here them. They come and do the job and are gone. They are trustworthy and they respond well.

Supposed to treat lawn for weeds, however, there are weeds all over my lawn. I was told they could come back and treat for them, BUT AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $60. The funny thing is that when I called to complain about the lack of weed control, John said that they didn't put it down because it was too cold. When I asked why they just didn't wait until it was warmer, he responded that they could come out next week. When I asked if there would be a charge for this, he said yes - $60. I said, so because it was cold I have to pay for service now to be done right when I never got it the first time. That is wrong.

Yard seems to be looking good. If you have any problems with weeds, they will come back out and re-apply if necessary.

It was fair. They left out a fertilizer treatment because they said it was too hot, with no adjustment in the bill. The technician also went too fast on the damp lawn and tore up some grass when he turned sharply.

We received several quotes off the list and this was the only company that did a diagram. They also came on time for the service and very personal. Miles also came back after the service and moved some things to look better. I would highly recommend them.

Prior to start of work, we had 2 appointments with him-which he forgot about until we contacted him. Work started, the patio and landscaping went well, however, the drainage system that was installed was not done properly per our agreement. Clean up around the patio was non existent. Contacted Miles Floetker about our concerns. Met with him and he told us it would be corrected. When they came back to make corrections, we noticed that they were still installing the drainage pipes incorrectly. We asked him if he had ever done a drainage job before, because he didn't seem to understand what we wanted, and his reply was "No". At that time, we decided to assist the labors with the installation of the pipes. While working, Miles spoke to his Supervisor and then left for another project. And we have not heard from them since .

They do good work, they are prompt, reliable and give good information as well as free advice. We are pleased with them and we will continue to use them.

They treated my lawn for 2 seasons. I told them to stop after the first year. They called me and promised that they would do a better job next year and gave me a discount to give them another try. I agreed and nothing changed in year 2. They did not do what was asked. I wanted my yard treated which was to include the area outside of my fence. They never treated ouside of my fence. I used Phillips lawn service prior to them selling to Tru-green and had the best looking lawn on the street until Lawn Pride took over. I had weeds for the first time in years. I switched to Scott's lawn serivce last year and my yard looks better. The staff seemed more concerened about telling me how inexpensive they were. I would rather pay a little more and have my yard look good. This year they called me to try and get my service back and I told them that I would never use them again and the person hung up on me!
