They have been fine and we didn’t have any problems with them. They are going to come on Monday. They come out about five or six times in a year. We paid them $250 and that’s the yearly fee. They are good and seem to do their job. The lawn looks great.

I'm satisfied with this companies service and pricing. We also had a friend refer this company. We would definatley use this company again.

We called Lawn Pride about our dandelion problem. Initial application price came with a $20 discount, and subsequent applications were priced less than several other quotes we had received. The technician arrived right on time and did a very thorough job. One week later we had a weed free and green lawn. We're very happy, so far, with the service we've received from Lawn Pride, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

This was the second season I'd used Lawn Pride, although it wasn't intentional. I used them in 2008 and hadn't decided whether or not to use them, again, in 2009, when I came home one day in early March to find that they had come out and treated my lawn to promote "green-up" and prevent crabgrass. Since my lawn had greened up pretty well in 2008, I figured I'd let them continue un 2009. When they came out in less than 2 weeks to apply another treatment, this one "a deep-root fertilizer to my shrubs and trees," I wondered about the frequency, but didn't question it. In less then 3 weeks, another fertilization treatment was applied. The next 2 treatments were about 7 weeks apart, so I thought that they were now on track. However, when they showed up again twice within a 4 week-period, I called Julie Snyder to find out why the treatments were, again, so close together. She told me that I'd had 7 applications the year before, and that there was still one more application to be done. I told her that I did not want or need any more treatments and told her I didn't want them to automatically come the following year. On 11/6, I received a letter from Julie Snyder about my "delinquent account," with threats to turn me over for collection. To say that I didn't appreciate this obviously retaliatory letter, is an understatement, since I'd been paying my account promptly each month, including the last 2 treatments, which I had already paid. Then, a few weeks ago, I received a phone call from someone at Lawn Pride about continuing my service this year. I told him that I did not want to use Lawn Pride this year. He seemed surprised and asked if there was some problem with my service last year and without going into the details, told him that there certainly was.

Lawn Pride did work for me in previous years at a 107 acre property and I asked them to do additional work for me last summer. Historically, I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars with them. Last year, they quoted me approximately 10k to put in a large lawn area around a new project on the property mentioned above. It started in May but ended up dragging out all summer because of all of the rain and on one occasion they had a trailer pulled over by the DOT and couldn't get all of their equipment on site. The bottom line is none of the hydro-seed took (NONE OF IT) even with an irrigation system. Instead of standing behind their work, they came out and did a soil sample and sent it off somewhere only to tell me it wasn't their fault. I purchased grass seed and planted it just in a few small areas and it came up within two weeks. I still have a couple of acres of just brown, mud and un-germinated soil. They offered to re-do it for thousands of dollars more but I couldn't spend another dime with them. As it was, the 10k project turned into over 20k because of the "extra" work they said they did. I cannot recommend a company that DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I talked to the owner and it was to no avail. This is the first time I have ever considered legal action against anyone... stay tuned.

I tried to do my own weed control and fertilizer for a couple of years on my new lawn, and I was not successful. I hired Lawn Pride and entered into a contract (month to month) in the spring to take over weed control and fertilizer treatments. The representative I spoke to recommended the full treatment program, but told me I was free to purchase only the number of treatments I wanted. My lawn was full of weeds, and the first trestment was a broadleaf weed killer. He told me that if after three week, I did not think all the weeds were dead to call and ask for another treatment, no charge. After three weeks, I still had a lot of clover, so I called and requested a second weed treatment and I received it two days later, free of charge. I was offered additional services, such as grub control and aeration. I declined the grub control and requested aeration in the fall. After four months of treatments, my lawn looked very good, There were still a few weeds, and the grass was starting to become full and green. By the end of the seasonal treatments in late October, I was very satisfied with how my lawn looked. I plan to hire Lawn Pride again for the 2010 season.

They came out about a month ago to fertilize and aerate the yard.

They were excellent. I highly recommend them.

They have done an okay job, however I have had to keep on them to get things done. Their prices are about average. I give them all A's for their servicing. I will continue to use them in the future.

My lawn has looked great for the whole summer. I had a horrible experience with my last company which left me with weeds and an unattractive lawn. Lawn Pride said they would take care of it and they have.

I started using them because they wouldn't stop calling me. Their service is OK. They come when they feel it is an optimal time to fertilize. The price is good, but I am getting some competitive information and I'm going with the best price.

They have come out several times to review the lawn. They always give you tips on how to improve the lawn, which is nice. Their prices are comparable to other lawn services. They are timely and I had a personal conversation with the last guy. He noted about some crab grass that they were going to come back and treat. He also gave me watering tips. I will continue to use their service.

They have got a wide range of services like they spray trees and shrubs for pests. Recently they have also started mole control in lawns. They are very responsive and that's what I like about them. They call me every time before they come out. They are extremely friendly people. They are the best of all that I have tried.

They came and did what they said they were going to do. The price and timing were right and the lawn looks great. They basically show up on their schedule.

I was very pleased to have been given a nice initial discount. They are a very professional service and my neighbors all use them as well. I did have situation where they showed up to spray and a large dog was in my yard. Rather than call me, they just came back a week or so later after I called. That let the weeds get out of control. The man on the job that day was young and perhaps not as savvy as many of their other service folks. They have been great about fixing the issue. I am very happy to be working with them.

I've only had them out twice so far, but they seem to do a good job.

My yard looks green, but is full of crabgrass, dandelions, and other weeds. It looks horrible! Called company on March 16 with concerns....was told by girl would be noted on the file. Called on April 20...girl took message for manager. Called on April 27...manager (Susan) answered and said would get someone to look at my yard asap. I'm hoping for good results. I am giving them the chance to correct it.

Excellent service in all respects. They allowed us to modify our selections of plantings and sent us revised proposals. All aspects (troubleshooting, design, work, and clean-up) were performed promptly and as proposed. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Installation and start-up went smoothly.

After hiring Lawn Pride for a landscape design for our new custom built house and then the installation of plants, we have continued to build on that plan for many years. Over 15 trees have been planned, along with bushes, perennials, and custom walks. Over time we have gotten disease in our front yard (from planting sod) and all we do is call Lawn Pride and they will come out and immediately take care of the problem. We work with Lawn Pride from Spring to Fall and highly recommend them for any service you would like down in your yard. Now that Lawn Pride does irrigation we will be having them start-up our irrigation system this spring. It is nice to have one company and contact that can take of all years lawncare needs.

We used Lawn Pride in the past, for several seasons, because they had better pricing. The treatments did not improve our lawn or kill the weeds. I filed a previous report because of the ineffective lawn care and because they called often, even at night to upgrade our treatment plan. It took weeks to get the calls to stop. In response to our report, they denied we were ever Costumers. It was verified we were former Costumers, so the report stayed. A few weeks ago the calls started again to try to get us to try them again, to give them another chance. We of course declined and asked them to please quit calling. They are now sending mail solicitation addressed to my child. I contacted the BBB over this. It is odd that they denied we were former clients, yet they won’t leave us alone. We have been using another Lawn Care Company and they do a great job. It is well worth spending a little more money to get better lawn care and professional costumer service.

They do a good job. They're not outstanding but they do the job.

Lawn treatment was done several times, did not notice any benefit from treatment. We did not like receiving calls at night from lawn pride trying to get us to buy additional services. It took 8 phone calls from us to get them to stop calling at night.
