It went well. They showed up with an ample crew and got the job done quickly.

I happened across this company via an advertisement, so I decided to give them a shot. They did a good job in the fall with aeration of my lawn after the draught, and I have continued to use them for fertilizer. They have consistently identified the weeds in my yard and made recommendations as to what I need to do to make the lawn look better. I am seeing results of a more carpet-like lawn that literally squishes after it rains. I mean, if a lawn can be floofy, I have that. Now, my lawn was very good to begin with and all I am having them do is what I cannot via purchase of bagged fertilizer. For about the same price I get diagnosis and treatment, even when I am out of town. If I cannot be there, I just leave the side gate open and they come in like a spectre and clean up the place. I have to admit that once I thought they were just coming in and not fertilizeing, and then I reallized they were applying liquid fertilizer; which expliains why there were no pellets on my sidewalk and driveway. I am going to stickk with them because I think they are making a difference. I'll come back and comment again if they really screw up, but as of right now, everything looks green.

Don't bother. Their customer service is terrible unless you like to be told to water your grass more often on each call. Be prepared to be hounded by telemarketers trying to sell you additional service.

I call the companies that are located closest to me. They are not really finished with the work. They came out and gave us one application. I really don't know how it has come out yet. I don't know how it is working on my lawn. I found them on Angie's List. I used them because they had some kind of more organic or natural options with more eco-friendly options. My call was returned promptly by them. They came out when I wasn't here and took a look. They called me back on the phone and we talked about the options. This was the last call. I decided not to start anything last fall, because I felt it was kind of late, but I decided to do it during the spring. I guess they communicated well what the plan was. They were okay with something I didn't want to do. They didn't try to pressure me on anything. I got a prepaid discount as I am on Angie's List. They were mainly trying to attack pre-emergent crabgrass and to fertilize to make the lawn stronger. My overall experience with them has been excellent so far; but of course that would change if my lawn doesn't improve.

I have been satisfied with their performance. I used them last year because I had some issues with my lawn. They were amendable to coming back out and making sure the work was done right. It is about $50 per month.

After a few treatments, lawn began to look bare and thatched. Had company out repeatedly to evaluate and each time was told just needed water. We watered so much that the water bill was 10x our usual bill but still they just assumed it was dry. Finally another provider came out to soil test and determined there was a chemical problem that was destroying the lawn. Don't know whether their treatments killed the lawn but, at best, I'm disappointed that Lawn Pride was so dismissive of a customer's concerns. Even after I canceled this February (in writing) they still came out and treated the lawn without my permission ( a day after it had already been treated by another company) and are trying to bill me for the service.

The experience was fine. I have used them for 2 years and I have had good grass results. Their customer service is good. They do a nice job. They allow you to pay online. I don't have to be there when they do the work.

I really can't say they did a bad job - but I really haven't seen much of an improvement. Also, they added on things called in different years to add grub control and then fungus control. Then these services just stayed on the bill - without ever knowing that we really needed it. The price for all the services ended up being $600.00 for the coming year. Decided we just weren't that happy, particularly for that price, so we have changed services.

I've given them two years to give me a lawn and all I get are excuses. I have lots of crab grass, but no lawn. They informed me that it was my fault. I decided that that may be the case, but we would be parting ways.

They came out and provided at least two free treatments. By then my lawn was dead.

Usually good but sometimes they get lazy and miss spots but if you call them they come back out and fix it without any additional charge.

They were on time. Called the day before. Grass could have been in better condition. Have discussed with them for plan this spring to have better results this year.

Overall, the experience has gone well. We've used them for the last several years. The approximate cost is for the entire season. I'm happy with their services.

I used Lawn Pride for 3 years to take care of my lawn. They did perform all the fertilizations, weed control, and any additional services I ordered (e.g. grub control, aeration) right on time and with no issues; however, my lawn always looked just ok. I normally had to call them back out at least once a season for additional weed control or to take care of the “striping” of my lawn where they did a poor job with coverage and parts of my lawn were yellow while other parts were green. I was hopeful that after 3 years, my lawn would look fabulous but it still had it share of weeds, crab grass, and its coloring wasn’t lush and green like I hoped. For the price, I decided to quit the service.

Only average on weed control. Not consistently doing all of yard.

They were very good. They came out when I was not home. However, I did like what they did when they came out and treated the trees again. They came out two or three times. As of now, I would be chopping the bark of the tree but if the infection does not come down by spring, I would be chopping the tree down. It is a very old Crabapple tree and most people say that Crabapple trees don't last forever as they get infected with bugs. It is the only tree that I will have to cut down. They were good in terms of professionalism and knowledge. Their price was the same that they gave everybody. It would be the same price, whether I trimmed one tree or a thousand trees. My overall experience with them was above average. Their price was very good. I would not be using them in the future because I would be chopping down the tree if it gives any problem and I would not need them. They have been good while I used them.

Overall, they seem to be a good locally-based company.

Started using their lawn care service in the spring of 2009. We did not see any improvement in our lawn throughout the summer. They were prompt in answering our questions and would come out and respray but the weeds and crab grass never died off.

I liked parts of it and didn't like parts of it. The grass didn't come in as well as I liked. They basically said that is what you paid for and that is what you get. They were very polite and professional about it but I wasn't necessarily happy with the result.

They respond promptly if I call with any concerns. This season there has been an abundance of weeds because of the weather. They sent me an email regarding why there were so many and came out. They let me know that if I watered more I might have less weeds. I think they are affordable.

They do the fertilization and weed control in the summer and fall. They did the garden in the spring. The price for the garden was $600 and they did the planting. I believe Miles in the owner and he is really good. He gives you a very specific estimate and he has a vision for landscaping. Their prices are reasonable.

This is my first year with Lawn Pride and am very pleased at this point. They are a local company an opposed to a national brand. Being a local company they know Indiana and do not just apply a stanard application.

Their work has been satisfactory.

There were too many times when they were coming when I wasn't expecting them and vice versa. I couldn't get them to come out when I needed them for dandelion control, etc., so I finally said enough. I had a hard time communicating what I want and when I wanted them to come out. There was not a real good line of communication. The years before that I didn't have trouble but in 2008 I started having trouble.
