Lawn Pride has done a very good job of repairing my yard. I have been in the program for two years. My yard looks awesome now. Before Lawn Pride... my yard looked a hot mess. There were several bare spots instead of grass. I used to call my yard patches. Now my yard has thick luscious grass. I respect Lawn Pride's recommendations. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

We have been using lawn pride for a few years to treat our yard and maintain it. In July they told us we had a bill bug infestation but unfortunately it was not covered under the pest plan after we had spent hundreds of dollars over the years. They then applied a chemical that killed our yard for good and refused to take responsibility for it. We had two other lawn companies come out and they told us the issue was incorrectly diagnosed and treated.

As of now they have done a good job. They did a good job, green color of yard less weeds I would recommend. they also give fair price

Great service! The team member that treats my lawn is trust worthy, professional and really has helped me with some lawn care tips to maximize the treatments. The gentleman at the office that handles me account calls me with any questions and is courteous, not pushy at all and friendly to deal with. I really could not be happier. And the product...Do what they say and do the treatment plan...you will have the best looking lawn on the street! I know I do now and this was my first season with them. 7 treatments a year and around $45 a treatment. They are very open about the pricing so you know what you are getting into.

The thing i have enjoyed most is the techs, when they get through always talk to you about issues they noticed and/or thinking may need to be addressed. I have never felt hurried when I have had questions. They were smart and was able to draw from experience to explain to me what to expect

GREAT! For the last 8 years I've treated my yard myself. The money I was spending to do it myself is about the same as having someone else do it. This was the best my yard has looked in a long time. I'm glad I finally had someone else do it. Would highly recommend letting them do it. Not having to think about the timing and when to do certain things, was a huge plus.

I wanted a LOCAL company here in Indianapolis that is very familiar for our local climate and weather/seasonal variations. Technical expertise for chemicals, root worm/grub problems, diseases affecting lawn/grasses, annual core aeration and overseeding; timely arrival at our property, good website so I know what what is the status of our account; helpful customer service & technical knowledgeable on-site personnel doing their professional jobs; a fair price for their services. I've been very impressed with their people for two years (2019-2020) and will happily sign up for 2021 lawn maintenance services. When I bought this 1/2 acre suburban property in June, 2018, the lawns were really bad/poor condition. Nothing was done by the previous owner for several years - other than cut the grass - semi-frequently. Now, after diligent work by myself and the Lawn Pride crew for the last two years, we have now of the best lawns in our subdivision. 2020 was a rough year for lawns. After June rains/flooding, we didn't get ANY rain for over 2 months solid! We had to water our lawns 2-3 days per week. Lots of work! A great lawn is a source of pride in your suburban property. It enhances the feeling of ownership in the land and your personal space in our community. Thanks for Lawn Pride people and their technical expertise, I'll be a happy customer for the foreseeable future.

It went great if there was a problem you could always call them they will send a supervisor out to explain and make it right. Customer service is number one. I had had something that look like Russ they explained it to me and let me know that it would be gone in a week it was gone and the grass was really green and pretty I always water after every application, I have dealt with several companies before . With lawn pride I noticed a difference in two applications. Most of the neighbors have lawn pride that’s what made me change over there grass was Healthy looking green and strong. I’m looking forward to summer 2021

We had another service for several years and our lawn was going down hill. We switched to Lawn Pride about four years ago and have been very happy. If there is ever a concern they immediately respond and take care of it. We have them treat our lawn which includes grub control and monthly pest control from spring through fall. Very happy customer!

They are punctual, will customize if asked.

I had fox tails all over my backyard and my grass were not in a good shape but after like three or four treatments it started getting better.

Fine, except one of the young guys who aerated the lawn drove the machine through my clearly marked new grass which was still on soft ground.

Great - guys really work to take their time and get into hard to get to places. Will hand treat areas where they are not able to get their machines, pick up large sticks from the so that their machines do not damage the yard from running over them and then blow off the sidewalks and driveway.
