They did a great job. I am very happy with them. Their prices are competitive.

They're really easy to deal with and have real good communication. They answer questions well. I asked a neighbor who did their lawn and they told me. They do good work. They explain everything.

They will come when they were supposed to, but they did not get rid of everything that they should have.

He told me I would not need to water the seeds because there is plenty of moisture in the ground. The seeds are still laying on the dirt. I need to call them again. When I contacted them last fall about the problem of bare ground due to over furtilization, he claimed that was not the problem and that it would all fill in this Spring. Unfortunately, it did not. Updated on 6-4-15 Susan McIntosh came to my yard, evaluated the situation, agrees it needs more help in addition to the grass seed that is growing and has offered to have Lawn Pride come back in September to aerate and seed. She did admit that the technician last summer made notes in their computer that my yard had spots where the grass was dying, but that no one had notified me of the damage. I appreciate her help in this matter and will be very grateful next summer when my yard is hopefully back to normal.

They're close. I've dropped them and I've gone back for about half of the treatment I had before. Mostly, it's because I do it myself.

I have never had this much crabgrass weed control was looking like they missed a lot I paid 66.00 per application and I should not have had any weeds but I did I used them for years and noticed that my neighbors used another company and there yards looked a lot better

They kind of guarantee their work and if I have issues in my yard, I just call them and they come back. They give you a phone call every time before they come out. And the lady who's spraying our trees is the same lady who's been doing it for years and years and years so we get to know the people. I'd put A on everything, communication and everything.

Our yard looks good. If I ever had any issues, they would come back out very promptly. We can do a payment plan and that's pretty reasonable. They love to call all the time and try to add on services which drives me crazy.

I've decided to use them again this year as I was happy with their service last year. My lawn looks great and is free of weeds -- my neighbors continually give me compliments on it. The company calls you at least 24 hours in advance (sometimes more) to let you know when the technician will be on your property, which is nice. They usually perform their service when I'm away at work, but one time I was home and able to talk to the technician and he was very professional: polite, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions. They leave an invoice on your door which lists the services performed that day and the type of chemicals used. From what I understand, this company is rapidly expanding and they do seem genuinely interested in establishing a good reputation by making sure their customers are happy. I called the office a couple of times with questions and had no problem. For the most part, their prices are comparable to other providers. You get a 10% discount if you pre-pay for the season, which is nice. I do, however, use another company for my fall aeration and overseeding. I found Lawn Pride's estimate for aeration/overseeding to be vastly more expensive than the competitor I ended up using. But as far as the fertilization/weed control program, I have no complaints.

Reliable and reasonably priced services; always calls before coming out.

Their treatment runs about $40. I like the fact that they do give me a call ahead of time and let me know that they're going to be out the next day.

Very happy with their services. Only issue was persistent sales person calling me on my cell phone and trying to sell me additional services. Don't give them your cell number.

They are pretty good. They're always on time when they say they're coming. They do a pretty good job in controlling the weeds in the yard and keeping the grass up pretty good shape. I really got no complaints about them. I know sometimes the weather affects a lot of things with chemicals but overall, they do a pretty nice job with the yard.

Price had been quoted over the phone. Rich was very easy to talk to and provide the services we wanted. The technician, Jake, came out and did a great job applying the product. He is also a very congenial man and very helpful providing lawn information.

When they treated my lawn last they sprayed a couple of my plants. The plants ended up dying. The manager came out and offered to replace the plants and give us a $100 credit. Which I appreciate because the labor to plant the plants was not cheap and we have acreage we routinely treat.

The applications have been applied as promised. I am waiting to write a complete evaluation. After a complete year of receiving the recommended applications I will evaluate the results. I am, however, disappointed with the pricing of aeration and over seeding. I would like to have it done but the quoted cost, of over $400, is not in my budget. I am seeking other alternatives including doing it myself.

I have had them going on 4 years. They do a nice job. With the dry weather over the last two years and dogs in my back yard, the lawn still looks good. One key factor I liked was when they switched fertilzer last year that was geeared toward more drought type conditions/ The treatments were more expensive for them but they still only charged the same amount as a normal treatment. I do get calls each year from their home office salesman that has me as a client, asking how things are going. (And of course to try to sell me other treatments such as grub control! :-) ). I have been satisfied with their service and will continue to use them.

They were great! I really don't have anything bad to say about them. We like that they're local and responsive as far as scheduling with us. The repeat service was originally scheduled to be done later in the summer but they decided that it would be better to go ahead and do it now because if we did it later in the summer, it would be a waste of money. They actually worked it out so that we could get our money's worth.

Service person was prompt, explained what they were going to do and very professional. Evidence of voles remained after first treatment and they came back and retreated at no additional cost. They have also treated for weeds since that time. We have been very happy with the service provided. We have used them in the past and continue to be happy with the services they provide.

I hired Lawn Pride this spring to handle fertilizing and weed control for my lawn. 2-3 months into it I am pleased with their services so far. My lawn has stayed green and is relatively weed free. The price was in line with others that I obtained quotes from. My only complaint is that I wish they would quit calling trying to sell me additional services.

Lawn Pride has performed very well in regards to responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. However, I have rated them a "B" Overall even though I have those 3 areas rated as A (Excellent) and only 2 areas, Cost and Quality rated as B (Good). I feel that the importance of Cost and Quality far overshadows the other three factors. I don't feel that their cost per treatment is unreasonable, but I do believe their program is more expensive than it should be, because it is designed around more fertilizer treatments per year than are required or advisable. The timing of their 6 fertilizations and combination with critical treatments (e.g. pre-emergent control for crabgrass and weed control) make it difficult to skip any of the 6 annual fertilizer applications that they push. And, they do occasionally push their additional services with unwelcome, high-pressure sales calls. Overall, I would judge that the appearance of our lawn throughout the summer is poor, considering the amount of money spent with Lawn Pride. However, it is a south-facing hill which makes it more of a challenge in the summer. I have had some quality issues over the years (e.g., killing flowerbed plants with over-spray of herbicide, heavily stressing some ornamental tress by drift of herbicide applied inappropriately when it was too windy, not addressing large areas of weedy grasses, and aeration performed when it was much too dry, rendering their aeration machine barely barely able the surface.) Anytime I have brought problems to their attention, Lawn Pride has been very responsive and professional in responding and doing what they could to address the problem.

Lawn Pride does a good job with routine lawn spraying, seeding, and maintenance. The do try to up-sell with additional services, but I find them best suited for standard and routine lawn tasks.

My lawn's appearance improved, but I think the company tries to sell more applications than are necessary.

This company has been servicing my property for over 5 years, maybe more. I have 5 applications of fertilizer, weed killer, insecticide, etc applied on a fixed schedule. I have never had any problems with the applications nor the administration of my account. And I plan on using Lawn Pride in the future.
