Treatments so far have been quick and on schedule. I have noticed their sprayers do not leave heavy tracks like other companies I have used. They are also able to get into my fenced back yard for full coverage. Their vans are amazing, with everything they need stored inside. Their employees are very friendly, offering insights on how your yard is doing, or areas that might need further treatment.

This service filled in all the dead spots on my lawn.

My applicator was very thorough and kind.

It is going great. Lawn Pride calls me the day before to let me know they will be there the next day. My weeds are gone and my grass is green.

I wanted you to know they did come out and do their best to fix my lawn.

That was the first time that I did use them. The aeration is pretty simple to do. Put a machine out, and punch holes in the lawn. I don't believe the seeding took very well. I think I had to have them back out again. I did that for the price. I've been doing it myself for a while. The gentlemen who asked for my service, gave me an discount to use them. That was why I started to use them, that and the fact I didn't have time to do it anymore.They were punctual. I don't think they knew the business very well. I don't think they knew what they were doing.

I stopped using them, but I can't remember the main reason why I stopped using them. I am not sure if it was price or service. I used them for a couple of years. The effectiveness of their treatments could be better.

They did four or five treatments over the course of the year, typical stuff, fertilization, and weed control. I was displeased with them. I gave them a couple more chances, but I wasn't overall pleased with them. The lawn was bad. During that time it was unusually hot weather. I'm not sure if it was completely their fault or not, but it was bad. The good thing about them, is that they would come out if I noticed trouble. They would come out again, and not charge me. They came out and took a look. They would treat it, but they never would figure out what the problem was. They just didn't do a very good job assessing the issue. I think their price was very competitive at the time. They did come out and was very punctual. I just don't think that they understood the business very well.

I was a customer for several years. Their lawn treatment program seemed decent and my lawn has improved. Unfortunately, this spring they mistakenly applied a pre-emergent treatment I specifically told them that I did not want. They problems were resolved within 24 hours by the vice president of the company. I am extremely pleased.

We've been a LP customer since 2007 (Lawn program and Tree and Shrub) and have been satisfied until the last two seasons. Their quality and customer service has dropped significantly.

Asked that they remove my contact information as I would never do business with them again. I've asked three times in the past week to remove my information and stop calling me and yet again received a call today

I have never had a problem with them, they are a great company to work with. They always send someone out free of charge if I have a specific request. My lawn looks fantastic, my neighbors have complimented me on how good it looks.

I prepaid the annual program. I usually have one of the greenest and lushest lawns in the neighborhood. They came on a regular basis as promised. My lawn is treated each year. I'm always looking for the best price. Lawn Pride didn't seem to be able to kill certain weeds in specific areas in my lawn. This was typically sunny areas. In late summer when the crab grass geminates, I had a crabgrass problem. Lawn Pride did come out and sprayed the crabgrass but left dead spots. I don't know the technical reason but the grass died in several spots throughout the yard. I don't believe I have grubs because I have that treated each year. I watered when necessary. We received ample rain this year. Many of my neighbors had nice green lawns this year whether they used a service or not. Where there wasn't dead spots my lawn had huge streaks of yellow as if the wrong or wrong amount of chemicals were applied. I don't know for sure. What I do know is that my lawn is not as green or lush as it once was. I don't want to be too harsh, but I'd give them a C-.

They kept calling me wanting to do different services and I kept telling them no. Their people are not really professional. She sister was using them too and she had problems with one of their employees just throwing granules all over the driveway and then another one messed up one of my brother-in-law's custom made gate because they just took and the machine and just ploughed through the gate without opening it up.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES STAFF AND NO INTEGRITY! We were solisted by Paul A. thru the Nextdoor App and were told we would get the 1st application free and had a money back guarantee if not completely satisfied. About 1/2 thru the summer we had not noticed any improvement and asked them to cancel. About 3 weeks later while on vacation they came back and did another application against our wishes and when we called to ask why they came out we were told we had only suspeneded our service for 2 weeks which was a complete lie. We now had a $150 bill and were laughed at when we inquired about our money back guaranteed and we put in contact with Paul who said basically my wife was lying. He said if I could prove it he would honor it but he asked my wife to message him outside the Nextdoor app so there was no record as my wife had changed phones. We were just notified that they have taken my wife to collections so beware of this companies business practices or lack there of. It looks like their sales staff will do anything to make a sale which is a dangerous game in this day and age of online reviews. The few times we spoke to their office employees they were standoffish, rude and sarcastic. We were paid up except for the final application before we cancelled and were only asking for the final application price back and instead of keeping their word they came out again and charged us for another application. We are also filing a complaint with the BBB and looking at all other options to make sure they don't do this to another customer.

So far so good. They give an automated call the day before the service which is very good. No one needs to be home on the day of service. They perform the service and leave the invoice at the door which is also good. So far did not have any issues.

Outstanding! They do great work for us.

Sometimes they didn't get all of the leaves before the put treatment on.

They increased my price; however, I feel it is still a good value.
