I am extremely happy with the results and the service. The costs are transparent and the service is a great value. I definitely couldn't have accomplished the results doing the work on my own.
Description of Work: I had a seasonal lawn care service package (fertilization, aeration, etc.). I can definitely tell the difference between my lawn and my neighbors' yards. My lawn is very healthy and I am pleased enough that I will repeat the service for the next year.

We always received a phone call a day or two prior to service. Since we have dogs, Lawn Pride always called 30 minutes before they arrived so we could be sure our dogs were inside. Our questions and concerns were always taken care of in a timely manner.

We had a pretty dead lawn filled with weeds and our dream was to have a yard where the kids could go outside without hurting their feet on noxious weeds. In two treatments, our grass was abundant, we were getting compliments from the neighbors (two who now also use them) and the kids could run free. The only problem was us making the time to cut the grass now that we had it!

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the work Lawn Pride has done to get our yard looking amazing. We live in a newer neighborhood with lawns that are not quite established yet. My lawn has never looked better. After each application they provide documentation of what was done, its purpose, and what to do over the next few days (watering, mowing height, etc.). They also provide observations and recommendations on the condition of my lawn that are helpful.
Description of Work: Lawn Pride provides an annual program of lawn and shrub fertilization and weed control. They also aerate my lawn and seed it at peak times.

$1,000 for the whole season. A little disappointed on the amount of feed on the overseeding. They are attentive but I haven't called them yet about the feeding so we will see what they say when I call them about that.

yard looked awful all year run over pipes and was told where they were more then once they don't know where the property line is and don't care if they do your neighbors yard they come in your yard on machine I have called office about them it don't help . UPDATE: THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY. THEY HAVE FIXED EVERYTHING FOR ME.

called to get a quote add asked me to many personal questions. my address (understand that they gps map my yard), name, phone number and that's when I ended the call. I just called to get a price quote and nothing more. No reason for phone number and name to get a price quote. Unnecessary. Just give me the information I requested. I don't need these companies to sell my info. Very unprofessional. Lost a potential customer as my neighbor uses them.

Description of Work: Fabulous! I was using another VERY well known service and my lawn looked terrible. We live next to a house that has been empty for the last few years. Their yard was a field of weeds. Lawn pride did two treatments on that lawn and all the weeds are gone. I fired my previous service. After one treatment with lawnpride I can see great improvement in the color of my lawn. The weeds are reduced drastically also. Wish I hadn't wasted my time with trugreen.
