excellent --- they always called the day before the service was to be performed and showed up when they said they would. They always let me know what they were doing with each application and what I should and shouldn't do for the next week (e.g. don't mow the lawn for 2 days, etc.) Any time I have called with a question, I received an immediate response. I have used Lawn Pride for several years and my yard looks great, even though I have 3 dogs. I am on a yearly fee basis (all paid up front) instead of payment for each application

First time user. Had been very unhappy with prior company. Lawn Pride always serviced the entire lawn even the edges which previous companies did "hit and miss".

I had used Lawn Pride in the past at a different house so I hired them again when I moved. The service is probably less expensive than me doing it myself when looking at the cost of fertilizer and my time spent. Plus, I can't spray the yard the yard for weeds. I have a pretty large yard. They call the day before they come out. I had issues with a fungus during the summer and they came and treated it at no charge.

I have been a customer with Lawn Pride for several years and that speaks volumes regarding my satisfaction with their service.

Couldn't ask for better service over the years. Our neighbors had an issue crop up & when Dennis, our rep, came to see their lawn, he automatically checked ours. We had the beginning of the same issue & they treated it (at no extra cost) right away to make sure it didn't turn into a bigger problem. Although they call each year to let me know of additional services they have available, there is no hard sell from them.

WE HAVE BEEN USING LAWN PRIDE FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW. WE LOVE THE SERVICE AND EXPERTISE THAT THEY PROVIDE AND THE FRIENDLY STAFF.

Paid for the service the day it was ordered. They got the address wrong and was told , two weeks later they still have not corrected the problem. Now it's to late in the season to do treatment. Paid $110 we want a refund.

I had them for lawn service but i stopped them because the worker that Lawn Pride send was ride their equipment up on my yard, and their equipment are quite large for a small yard that we had. They were in my yard on June 15, and they promised that they will not be on my property anymore. Just keep the company out of my property or in front of my house. Why do they have to park in front of other peoples property when they are servicing across the street's yard.

They provided two services. The weeds were not killed although they sprayed two more times when I called them. Then I cancelled the service.

They we?ve used them for years and we like the service. I will recommend and continue to use them.

We were selling our house and wanted a couple of weed/feed treatments while the house was being shown. Worked out very well. Had offer first day.

They were excellent. Actually performed first treatment a week early. Will continue using them in the future

My lawn looks great, they just did a good service. The service was excellent, you have a choice to inform them what kind of service you want and they are easy to work with.

We agreed on a proposal by phone (which was recorded). The salesman did NOT tender the agreed offer, instead he tendered a bogus generic offer to increase the price and have me select what add-ons I wanted. The written proposal included NO discounts as previously agreed. This company cannot be trusted.

No problems. They call a day before they are coming. I like this so I can be sure to let my dog out to play before they come. They made observations on something I might need. There was one follow up call about it, but they did not pressure me when I declined the service.

Regular lawn maintenance and solutions for problem issues such as fungus and grubs. Lawn Pride is extremely attentive to each lawn's needs. The team provides thorough reports of the lawn's progress and issues, and makes suggestions for additional services without pushing them. They're extremely thorough and I've recommended them to several friends. My lawn looks like a commercial, and they've nurtured new seed and sod into a healthy yard, while stressing the maintenance. Highly recommended.

Lawn treatment. As always it could be cheaper. They show up as needed. At times though I do some some weeds poking through so their product quality or heavier coverage could be increased on their part but overall lawn looks good. I could call them to come out again and I think they would be it is not worth it.

I was always very pleased with the service. My lawn always looked great as well.

Lawn Pride provides both excellent lawn and pest treatment at an economical rate and with that I am getting ready to sign up for my 10th lawn and 3rd pest season. Even during the years where the seasons were harsh and it was a struggle to maintain a weed free, dark green lush lawn, Lawn Pride’s customer service went out of their way to solve any issues that appeared, in order to maintain my satisfaction, including return visits. Tim Lunsford, their Sales Manager has taken the time every season to follow up with me to make adjustments (both financially and programs) with my account to make sure as a customer I was satisfied with services received versus the money I spent. Also, their user friendly personalized on-line account that enables you to monitor treatments, provide comments and even pay or pre-pay your bill, is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Lawn Pride for your treatment needs.
