+ -1 moreWe were told the work was done, and it became evident after the first rain it was not complete. My husband climbed on the roof, took photos and noticed Lawn Love. They rescheduled, again noticed us hat the work was complete. My husband again checked, and the work was still NOT complete. Not even touched! He made multiple attempts over the course of a month, and after multiple rains and increasing erosion around the house due to poor drainage, he borrowed an extension ladder and cleaned them himself. Very dangerous! A picture of all the waste pulled from the gutters was provided, and a refund requested...we were told we were fine to take our business elsewhere and no refund provided!! These guys are absolute crooks, thieves, you'd be crazy to give them a single dollar!!
Description of Work: We paid over $200 to have our gutters cleaned.

+ -1 moreMy wife and I had several appointments scheduled with their service. The first service was fine. Just lawn mowing, nothing special. We had our following appointments rescheduled so many times we gave up and went with another service. It was very frustrating. They offered no discounts to us for the inconvenience. They wanted to charge us for the lawn being longer. If they would show up when scheduled it wouldn't get so long.
