Landis & Landis Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

We hired Landis & Landis to remodel a bath in a home in 2005 and they did a wonderful job. Hired them again in 2018 and again were completely pleased. Gerald is very helpful and thorough with the estimate - incredibly responsive. His son, Nick, does the work and he is great! He is timely, respective, and clearly knows his business. Both bathrooms are beautiful and we couldn't be more please. Price is very reasonable.

His attention to detail is outstanding. Hard worker, always on time, and personable. He put plastic down to protect the carpet up the stairs and hall before he began work. We had him remodel another bathroom 10 years ago and were so happy with his work we wouldn’t consider having anyone else do the second bathroom.

They have done previous shower replacements and tub removal in the past and they always do an unbelievable job. They're so super neat in the clean up. Everything they do is perfect. They are such pleasant people to work with.

We hired Landis & Landis to remove our old tile shower and redo it with solid surface walls and updated fixtures. This job also involved a few fixes in the bathroom such as repairing the wall where there was water damage, installing floor trim, and updating bathroom fans. Nick is a pleasure to work with, and he was extremely respectful of our space. He kept the area super clean and organized after each day's work, so we could easily walk through the bathroom to get to our closet. The finished product looks amazing, his attention to detail is meticulous. We're so happy with the results!

Landis & Landis Bathroom Remodelers did an excellent job. From the initial visit to the end of the project was handled in a professional manner. The work is absolutely top notch. I have never dealt with a contractor who was so neat and precise about their work. I can understand why they’re booked out months in advance but I guarantee they are worth the wait. I highly recommend this company.

This is the third time I have hired Landis & Landis. They do excellent work. It is definitely worth the wait if they are very busy and can't get to you in a few weeks. I only wish they did other types of home improvement. I would hire them for everything!

Perfect. Quote for job was completexplaining with every detail listed. Everything was done on time, on budget, clean. I couldn't be happier with the result and will use them again to remodel our guest bath. The master was a complete tear down. Complete redesign and build of shower, subfloor, tub, cabinets, toilet, all new finishes.

Outstanding workmanship and professionalism.

He is coming here in October because that is how far booked up he is. He is good and in demand. The one thing they pride themselves on is when they give you a start date that is when they start and when they give you an end date that is when they end. That is absolutely to the mark. There were no problems. In fact his son, Mick, does most of the physical completion of the work. Both are very professional. Mick is a perfectionist. He didn't feel well when he was here. He had teeth extracted and he just kept doing the work like a little energizer bunny. I said go home. He said I can't we have an end date. I liked the way he did the master so well I said I need to update my guest bathroom. It is a fill in job for him and it will be one day. Mr. Landis requests no deposits. He expects full payment at the end of the job. I like it.

Nick landis did a fantastic job, his desire to have things perfect was evident in his work. He kept his work site presteen clean. He was in our home for 8 days for 8-10hrs each day, I have two small children and he didn't disrupt our daily flow. The bathroom turned out beautiful.

From the initial meeting for the estimate with Gerald Landis, I had a good feeling of trust that held through the entire project. He spent a great deal of time taking detailed measurements and pictures to get exact quotes. He helped with suggestions on how to approach the master bath remodel. He set a start date two months out and began the project on the exact date. His son does much of the work and they are quite a remarkable team. In addition, they use high quality products. And, they team with Greenwood Marble and Tile for all the tile work. The two companies work well together and Gerald Landis works with Greenwood Marble and Tile for all of the quotes. Overall, the integrity, quality and management of this extensive remodeling work was excellent. If you want quality work with people that you can trust, they are the best. I highly recommend them for any remodeling work.

We haven't yet hired due to the price but he was on time, courteous, and we believe they would have done a good job had we hired them.

Details of the project: Mr. Landis and I spoke on the phone, I explained what I had in mind, we set a date/ time for our first meeting and he arrived promptly on that date. He brought material samples of counter tops, he took pictures of the existing space, he took measurements, he even drew a layout on his laptop to give me a visual of what the finished floorplan would look like. He referred me to the tile, flooring, and cabinet vendors so I could make my selections on products. By the time I arrived the NEXT DAY to meet with those vendors, they all had the drawing he had made on his computer the day before, along with all the measurements so it enabled them to make a cost projection right then and there. WOW - that's efficient. Once all selections were made, Gerald set a START DATE and an END DATE. Now enter his son Nick. Nick does ALL of the installation - Nick is FOCUSED! No wasted motion. Nick is a perfectionist. He is not a talker, he is a worker! He has a plan and once in motion, he gets the job done and on time. YES, he hit that end date. We look forward to working with Gerald and Nick again next Spring. Hire them, you won't be sorry.

This Father and Son team ROCKS! I am more than pleased with the work on both bathrooms they remodeled. I signed a contract April and the Job began on 7/5 and it was well worth the wait. They are the most professional and courteous contractor I have ever worked with. They work long days and there dates from start to finish were spot on. There work was outstanding and accurate. I will highly recommend this Family Team! Thank you Landis and Landis!

Mr. Landis came out to assess our bathroom and make recommendations. He took pictures and made drawings. He helped choose the counter tops and vanities. He has everything ready to go. He will be starting 9/7/16. He has already given me a start date and end date which is a week later! He says he never misses a deadline and he only works on 1 project at a time. He works with the owner to get the materials needed and his son does the installation. His showroom is above pioneer kitchens and we have used them. Mr. Landis spent 3 hours with us the 1st day for the consultation. He wouldn't accept any down payment or deposit. He is working with us on the cost of the project. I have known about Mr. Landis because of Pioneer Kitchens and our work with them. He was on time, took pictures and made computer drawings for us and got back with us quickly. I have already made changes and he hasn't changed the pricing.

Started on time. Finished a few hours early. 10 day job and they were there everyday scheduled. All ordered items came in exactly as ordered. Kept the house surprisingly clean throughout the whole process. Was able to leave work crew alone in house, and not be there the whole time they were working. From start to finish, wasn't really one unplanned occurrence. Owner and brother know what they are doing, from start to finish and are very professional in their dealings. I personally could not be happier with the professionalism, the work, and most important the finished product. Our new bathroom turned out just as we had hoped and we could not be happier.

They're a very nice company. I did not use them. They're great, but they were more expensive than what I wanted. They were very thorough and very good but just a little more than I wanted to spend.
