They were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They helped us through the initial design with suggestions and stores to look for ideas. They were prompt with getting an estimate to us and working through minor changes to meet our needs. While the installation was somewhat delayed because they are so busy the installation was done very professionally and one person did the entire job start to finish and did not leave to work on any other jobs until ours was completed. They also did some special wood trim work around the garden tub which turned out very nice. They also came back right away when the hot and cold on the shower was installed backwards. Would use them again for future projects.

Finding this type of company is why we joined Angie's list. Gerald was the only contractor out of four that took the time to show us samples and talk through what we were looking for. He was genuinely concerned with our needs and suggestions. He was able to provide feedback to make the shower better. The installation was a snap. Gerald told us at the time he gave us a quote, he has never missed a start or end time. Our job was no exception. They actually finished one day sooner. Nick was excellent and very detailed in his work. He took the time to make sure we agreed to shelving placement. They had cardboard or dropcloths throughout to keep the house clean and cleaned up every night. The shower looks as though it was built with the house and not a remodel. It is everything Gerald had said. This was an easy and worry-free process. This is a trustworthy company that I wouldn't hesitate in having return work done.

It was a wonderful experience! Gerald worked with me on a complete redesign of these bathrooms. He listened carefully to my priorities and concerns and came up with options and solutions to all of our challenges. Most importantly, we were able to come up with beautiful new bathrooms but still retain the rustic look and feel of our log home. Gerald made many trips to consult with us. Nick handled the installation and it was done beautifully. After the completion, there was one change I wanted to make and it too was handled efficiently and quickly. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend this company to others!

Gerald spent plenty of time getting an understanding of what I wanted and what was important to me. He did a complete estimate of my wish list. When the first estimate was a little more than what we wanted to spend, he worked with us to determine what was most important and we came up with a reasonable plan and estimate. We were not in a huge hurry so time was not a factor to get started. Once the project started, it was completed in 3 days which was the estimated time. Gerald's sons completed the project and were professional and answered all my many questions. They cleaned up every day before leaving.

Nick and Nate Landis began the project on a Monday and finished on Friday as promised. They were polite and efficient. Were prompt in returning to fix a minor adjustment.

Gerry came out and spent over an hour looking at the bathroom and giving an estimate. He discussed several different options with me and was very professional and polite. The workers come promptly on the date they were scheduled and finished one day early; they stayed late the 2nd day to finish everything up. They were very professional, hardworking, and neat. We really appreciated the dependability and punctuality. We had priced the job with 2 other contractors and the estimate from Landis was a good deal more expensive. However, Landis installed a shower surround, while the other 2 companies would have tiled the shower, so there was a difference in materials. We ultimately decided we would prefer the surround over tile. Also I was impressed by the professionalism of Gerry, the time he took to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted, and the good ratings of this company on Angie's List. They did quality work. The new shower looks great and works well.

Nick did an excellent job. This was a fairly small job, and he was able to fit it in quickly, between his other larger jobs. He did the work quickly and carefully. It was all done in one day.

They did very well. Good estimates were given, and work was done promptly when scheduled. There was long lead time because they were busy.

Gerald was very fair and pleasant to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and seems like a skilled craftsman. I simply opted for another company to save a few dollars. I would strongly consider working with him again.

Gerald Landis gave us an estimate and his suggestions. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. His sons, Nick and Nate, did the work. They arrived on time each day and kept the house clean by putting down floor coverings and hanging plastic to keep the drywall dust down. Ours was a 4-day job and they cleaned up each day. We couldn't have been happier with their workmanship and attitude. Their electrician, Dave, was also very helpful. We asked him to do several unrelated updates to our 40 year old home. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Nicholas and his brother have the work down to a science. Nick was efficient and creative in his work, and quickly adapted to any special issues that came up (such as a small, odd-sized pre-existing window). They cleaned up every night so that I continued to have use of my bathroom (a nice touch no one else was willing to do).

This company is excellent. There are many pretenders in the remodeling business. This is not one of them. These guys were spectacular. They worked long hours & completed everything to perfection. Even custom installed a unique fixture for me. It is unfortunate they only do bathrooms as we would have hired them for everything! Great job.

We had a very pleasant experience with Landis & Landis. Mr. Landis (father) worked with our requests and quoted the job promptly. Upon several requests to modify the quote, another quote was given to us promptly. He worked very hard to find the products that we requested. Mr. Landis (son), who actually did the work he was very efficient and knowledgeable about the process, and kept the work site very clean. They were both very friendly. We needed someone to complete tile work and install a glass block window. Mr. Landis recommended company names for us to complete this work. They also did a great job. The work was started the day they promised and done when they promised. No payment was requested by them until 100% of the job was completed.

They were very good and professional. They were able to complete the job early.

Gerald Landis visited with me twice before I signed a contract. I was on a tight budget and wanted to be sure there would be no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. He was very patient with me, informative, and addressed any and all concerns I had. His sons, Nick and Nathan, did the work on my bathrooms - these guys are GREAT! They are very professional, polite, tidy and very talented. The quality of their work is top-notch. I could not have asked for a better experience. They completed the job sooner than planned. I have already shared their names and numbers with two friends who are also wanting work done. I would use them again.

Came a day early and finished a day early. Work men were clean, pleasant and professional. Fixed small damage they made to other part of house before job was done.

They were superb-- definitely worth waiting for. Small family-run business, and they even did some extras. They cleaned up everything, vacuuming every day and putting down rugs over our rugs. They were so careful. One rainy day, they even fetched my car to keep me out of the rain-- extremely courteous and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. Price was 1/3 less than another bid and that was for more work.

Very, very good. I would not hesitate a second to have them do another job, or to recommend them to a friend. I especially appreciated that they ordered all parts, so once the job was started, there were no delays due to parts being backordered. They allowed 6 business days for the work, and completed it in 5 business days. They were very pleasant to work with.

BOTH GERALD (WHO ESTIMATED THE JOB) AND NICK (WHO DID THE WORK WITH TWO HELPERS) WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY CAME ON SCHEDULE, DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WERE FINISHED ON TIME. WHAT FEW ISSUES ARISED WERE HANDLED IMMEDIATELY. AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. MR. LANDIS WAS ON TIME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PREPARING THE ESTIMATE. PHONE CALLS WERE ALWAYS RETURNED PROMPTLY. WHILE WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 3 MONTHS TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE, THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND THERE WERE NO REQUESTS TO POSTPONE THE START DATE. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND I FELT THEY WENT TO GREAT PAINS TO PROTECT SURROUNDING FLOORS AND FURNITURE AND ALSO TO CONTAIN THE DUST AS MUCH AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. WHEN I HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH A SHOWER DOOR (NOT RESULTING FROM THEIR INSTALLATION) THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND OBTAINED A DIFFERENT PART FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY FIT ME INTO THE SCHEDULE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE BUSY.
