This contractor was honest, could not perform the work for months. Has a great reputation. He was responsive.

They arrived on time, were professional, cleaned up after themselves and hauled away (cost included in the noted charge) the items they replaced. When they unpacked the shower door a seal had cosmetic damage on it. They contacted the parts vendor and got the seal reordered and replaced the damaged seal within a week without an additional charge. Couldn't have asked for anything better, will definitely consider and recommend them for any future work.

Gerald is a nice guy and patient to decision making. His son does the work. Overall, they were pretty good - but I would have like more options and style advice - which they don't really do. Also, they didn't ask me about details (what kind of light switch, what color doorknob, etc). They're friendly and punctual and cleaned up the mess well. My biggest issue was when you asked them to do something extra - there was a charge. But when I didn't use their doorknob because it was gold and I wanted silver, nothing was deducted form the price. They had a newer crew member working with them and he hooked up something wrong under the sink. When I found a small puddle of water - the son came and fixed it - but now I have a damaged cabinet and they wouldn't even give me $50 bucks back or something to make up for it. The son told me it would 'dry out.' Sure, it dried out - but it's still warped. Generally, the son was a good worker and Gerald was a nice guy to work with (within my budget) - but a couple of these smaller items were annoying.

It was a very good experience. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. They did a very good job of quoting and they were on time with materials and work. They made very helpful recommendations to us. We were happy with the final product.

I was real pleased with their service! They were very professional and respectful. They use very quality products, and they were on schedule - which is a miracle. There was one mishap, but they quickly repaired the damage. They were great!

Gerald Landis came out to give us an estimate as well as ideas for a major remodel of our master bathroom. He was very helpful in deciding what we could do and what would look good. He gave us a start date which was several months out and Nick and Nate, his sons, started on that exact date. They tore out the tile shower, whirlpool, tub decking, counters, sinks, toilet and the tile floor. We had the shower rebuilt to be larger and re-positioned the whirlpool. We had new sinks, a new toilet, new plumbing fixtures and granite countertops installed. Really the only thing we kept were the cabinets. These guys did an outstanding job! They were punctual, respectful of our property, courteous and had a very good work ethic. The project went smoothly and on time from start to finish. Our new bathroom looks fantastic!

Gerald Landis provided a free estimate after we discussed the work I wanted done. After accepting the bid, he sent pictures of each new item I had picked out along with the contract. Being such a small bathroom made working in the area a lot tougher. They removed all the old fixtures, replaced an old drain pipe for the bathroom from the basement and then repaired that ceiling. A bulkhead was removed and wall elongated for a new shower with a seat. The switch plate and GFI plug were moved. An exhaust fan/light was installed. The sub-floor was replaced and a new vinyl floor was put down. A new shower, toilet, cabinets, and pedestal sink were installed. The work was done well and on time.

It was a pleasure to work with this company from start to finish. There was a wait of about 3 month due to their excellent reputation and full schedule but we were not in a hurry. All schedules were met and we're happy with the results.

My experience with them was very good. They were respectful to the house. They did a lot for a very good price. They were courteous. They started and finished on time.

The contract was signed approximately eight weeks prior to the begin work date. Mr. Landis estimated that 4-5 work days per bathroom. Mr. Landis started the work precisely on time and the work was completed in 7 work days. The crew did their best to minimize the impact on our lives. Their workmanship was superior and was well worth the eight week wait. Delta misassembled one of the faucets which reversed the hot/cold sources. Mr. Landis was called and returned to fix the problem almost immediately. Landis & Landis were contacted because of their reputation and lived up to our expectations.

It went wonderful. I would have them back in a heart beat. They were professional and down home. They were very responsive to any need. They were kind. They were good at making suggestions. I would recommend the company to other.

Work was started on time and completed in four days, plus another day for floor repair, with acceptable results.

Arrived on schedule, worked meticulously and continuously, finished on schedule. Were very friendly and respectful of me, of my neighbors, of friends who dropped in during the work (parking here is VERY limited and they always were careful not to inconvenience anyone. The materials were/are beautiful, lovely quality, the workmanship is a delight to see. I am very very pleased, and everyone who has seen their work has been impressed with it. I booked in December and was told at that time that they would not be able to start my project until late March, because of the demand for their work. They arrived exactly when they said they would though and began work immediately, and finished on schedule.

It went extremely well. Gerald Landis gave us an estimate and then followed up in several days to see if we had questions. We did have questions: cast iron tub or Veritek tub, what type medicine cabinet, etc. He was very patient in helping us make our selections. We especially like the Swanstone panels around the tub and American Standard Champion elongated, extra tall toilet. The Kraftmaid cabinets are beautiful. The installers, Nick and Nathan Landis, are both hard workers who pay precise attention to every detail. Nick does the major part of the installing, and the end results are lovely. The work began on the scheduled day, and Nick called that day to let us know they were leaving to pick up supplies for the job and would arrive a little after 9 a.m. They began at 8:15 each a.m. and quit around 5 p.m. He keeps their large truck equipped with every possible tool and part they might need. They were here every day and never once left to go work on some other job.

It was very good. They said they would do it in 4 days and they did. They were neat and clean and it is probably the best room in the house.

To me these guys are the super heavy weight champions when it comes to bathroom remodeling. Our large master bathroom was completely gutted and we had a new floor plan installed in six days. The Landis boys were kind courteous and exhibited the utmost professionalism throughout the project.

What a fantastic job! The job took 4 days and Nick and Nate were the best in doing the job. It was worth the 5 month wait to get the job done. They updated this bathroom that looked like it was from the 40's - 50's era to the 21st century. Anybody interested in using them will need to wait until March when their next open slot is available. It's a family business with no subcontractors. Definitely will use again. They exceeded my expectations. They cleaned up each day, were thorough in making sure all connections were correct and leak proof, just beautiful!

Fantastic! What a neat bunch of guys! It looks so pretty and I'm so proud of it. They were so clean and careful of my other areas of the house and made sure to cover everything so as not to get dust on anything. They hauled away all the old things and cleaned everything up so I didn't have to do it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They gave us a time frame and were here at our house bright and early to get started on that day. They finished exactly when they said they would finish the job, also. Great company and workers. Gerald was so nice to work with in getting what we needed.

No trouble making an appointment for an estimate; Mr. Landis arrived on time and carefully discussed options for achieving the best results; estimate delivered quickly and seemed reasonable; workers arrived on time each day, were fairly tidy and completed all the work a day ahead of schedule with no glitches.

Excellent. We were extremely pleased with the results. We initially worked with Gerald who was great - he helped us through the process of making the numerous choices of styles, colors, finishes, etc. He also gave suggestions that saved us money and was very patient when we made last minute changes. Once the project started, everything went smoothly - the job began and finished as scheduled and Nick kept us informed of what he was doing and what would be done next. Nick did several things that weren't in the original plan that really enhanced the outcome. We highly recommend Landis and Landis and will definitely use them again.
