Description of Work: Overall, they did a great job. I had them install prefab cabinets in my bathroom, which they agreed to, but because it took longer than expected the second day, I was charged an extra fee. I had been told that fee would only be charged if they had to assemble the cabinets, which they didn't.

Description of Work: Mr Landis came out to measure and give me a quote for replacing a bathroom vanity and sink. He brought out samples, made suggestions and drew up an estimate. I had so many other things going on that by the time I was ready, he was contracted to many other jobs.

Description of Work: Remodeled three bathrooms. Completely satisfied with all three jobs. The work was excellent. They made great suggestions to improve original plans without additional costs. Started on time, finished on time, cleaned up afterwards and left fantastic results!

Description of Work: Excellent job of removing old wall tile, installing a new tub surround, vinyl flooring, and wood trim in our bathroom.

Description of Work: We used Landis & Landis for a bathroom remodel. We were extremely pleased. They did all they said they would, when they said they would. We appreciated the quality of the work done and attention to detail. The worksite was left exceptionally clean each night. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Description of Work: Gerald Landis provided an estimate on our master bath remodel. He was very prompt in returning our call, he came to the house to see the space, then provided an estimate. We really liked Gerald and know he would do a great job at a fair price, but ultimately we decided to go with someone else who gave a bit more design help. We so appreciate Gerald's professional manner and timely responses.

Description of Work: They never returned my call - so I guess I will never know if they would do a good job! I will be looking elsewhere.

Description of Work: Gerald Landis helped me redesign and remodel my master bathroom - installing new shower twice as large as previous, new toilet, counter tops, cabinets, lighting - ceramic tile throughout bath by subcontractor Greenfiled Marble and Tile (excellent also). Nick Landis did majority of the work, electrical, countertop, toilet, plumbing. They were excellent in punctuality and completion date - honest - hard working - and super cleanup. Very amicable to changes in middle of the project. Also great in giving tips or suggestions to change some things. I had 4 different estimates before contracting with Landis and his price was right in the middle. Out of all the home projects and contractors I've had through the years, this was the best experience I had from the start to the finish of the project.

Description of Work: BATHROOM COMPLETELY REHABILITATED IN AN 83 YEAR OLD HOUSE. FROM THE INITIAL ESTIMATE PROCESS THRROUGH COMPLETION, LANDIS & LANDIS DID A SUPERIOR JOB. THEIR HOUSEKEEPING IS EXCEEDED ONLY BY THEIR TALENT AND ABILITY. I WISH I HAD A SECOND BATHROOM TO UPDATE.

Description of Work: TORE OUT KITCHEN BULKHEADS AND REPLASTERED WALL AND CEILING AREA.

Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE SHOWER STALL AND REPLACED IT WITH "SCHWAN-BOARD" SHOWER ENCLOSURE. THEY PUT CERAMIC TILE ON THE WALL AROUND THE GARDEN TUB. ON THE FLOOR WHERE WE USED TO HAVE CARPETING THEY PUT IN NEW HIGH QUALITY ARMSTRONG FLOORING. THE ALSO ADDED A WALL.
