Description of Work: They were fabulous! The team came out and helped me with some rewiring projects and moved a few lights around for us. It was completed quickly and they cleaned up after themselves so good!

+ -1 moreWhen he dismantled the yard light, it was very wet inside, and bulbs were cracked from being hit with the water when they were hot. He also said that accumulated bugs in the light retained the moisture insuring that the GFI remained tripped. He was kind enough to talk with our sprinkler service man to explain the problem.
Description of Work: Kyle from Land Electric has been here 3 or 4 times trying to troubleshoot a circuit that keeps tripping. Today his detective skills finally hit the nail on the head. Our yard light on a GFI circuit was being hit by 3 streams of water from 3 different sprinkler heads, and was shorting out. He has systematically repaired different outdoor outlets on that circuit, trying to find the culprit.

+ -1 moreLand's technicians did the job quickly and efficiently. They were polite, professional and mindful of their shoes making sure they were covered so they didn't track dirt. I was very pleased with the work done.
Description of Work: I was replacing light bulbs in can lighting in my great room which has 20' + cathedral ceilings. I broke on of the can lights so I had to have an electrician's help. Land came out and repaired the broken can light and replaced all other burned out bulbs in the cathedral ceiling.

+ -1 moreThe work was done professionally and in good order. Chris and Kenny are competent, able electricians and have saved me money on some of my business work too. They did take a little long to complete my outside light but I think they had to order a part.
Description of Work: Land installed fixtures in my downstairs bedrooms. New wall sockets. Repaired an outside photocell/motion detector light.
