Krystal Clean

I was very pleased with the results. First time with professional carpet cleaning, and the carpet smelled fresh, felt soft (after drying), and looked 100% better. Will definitely use Krystal Clean again for my carpet care needs.

First time using this company. They cleaned additional areas at my request but did not try to sell me on a lot of other services like some companies do. That was a nice change. Overall for the areas they cleand and how it looked when they were finished, I thought it was well worth the money paid.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List to have the carpeting cleaned. My friend, who visits here a lot, is highly allergic to cats, and the three previous owners had cats. I had the carpet cleaned a year ago, but decided that I should do it again to help rid the house of cat odor since it obviously still had some. I told the technician that I would like to add pet urine eliminator to the order, and he said he didn't think I would need it since there were no obvious spots of urine, and that his solution should be enough. He arrived on time, did a great job of cleaning, and so far, the odor seems to have disappeared. The carpets look fresh and new too.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and friendly while visiting. They were also very punctual and efficient workers. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

Provider was very easy to contact after Big Deal purchase. Provider allowed stairs substitution for rooms. Provider came on time and cleaned areas.

Provider came in at the end of the given 2hr window and got right down to business and was done in about 20-30 minutes. My carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in the 7 years since the house was built. They looked brand new and I have no complaints about the quality of work. I dinged them on the price because $90 for 20-30 minutes of work (I know it's the going rate) seems a little on the pricey side generally speaking. I also dinged them on the punctuality because they came just past the 2hr window they gave me. He apologized. I'd recommend them and will most likely use them again in the future.

I bought it a a deal on Angie's list. They contacted me via email within 36 hours and was able to schedule it when I needed it done. They showed up on time and completed the cleaning in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job. I would use them again.

When I telephoned had to leave a message but received a return call within a very reasonable length of time (~3 hours to the best of my memory). Sean discussed his base rate with me to which I agreed. Later I wanted to change the date and he was very flexible. He gave a two hour window for arrival and was at my door on the front end of that time frame. We reviewed the area to be clean and he got started quickly. He was very pleasant. With regard to the company I used for years, one of my complaints (besides a base price increase that is beyond my means for just spot/touch up cleaning) is that the carpet stayed very wet for at least 24 hours. Sean assured me this wouldn't be the case when he finished. He projected a drying time of 4-6 hours. Unfortunately this wasn't the case as the carpet, esp in two areas, remained soaked into the next morning. That was the only disappointment in this process. I would still use Krystal Clean again, but if I there is a dry cleaning method/company out there, I'd give that a try first.

The technician was polite and very helpful. I had moved all breakables and furniture was on sliders to accommodate and facilitate the cleaning. I explained to the technician that I do not like the carpets left soaking wet. He did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets and being sure that most of the water was extracted. I was very pleased with the results...there was no detergent residue to carpets were very soft when they had completely dried. The carpets looked and felt like new!

They did an excellent job. I had three rooms done. I was impressed with the company. The owner who does the work to, is very personable gentleman and knew exactly what he was doing. I thought he did a great job, considering what I gave him to work on. I would use him again.

He was on time, started right to work, did an excellent job, and left promptly when finished. The job was done well, carpet looked great when he was done.

The whole process with Sean was very positive from beginning to end. My mother scheduled Sean of Krystal Clean to clean her carpet before he left my house!!!

I purchased a Big Deal from Krystal Clean previously and Sean did such an excellent job that I purchased another Big Deal for him to come out and clean the carpets (and sofa) in the house we had just moved from. In fact, he told me that we were his first repeat customers. I will continue to use Sean and Krystal Clean whenever I need carpets, sofas, etc cleaned. He did a fantastic job.

The company was pleasant to deal with. I purchased a big deal, we scheduled a date and then rescheduled a couple of times-once for them and once for me. They arrived on time, completed the work and the carpets looked ok. There was one stain that they couldn't remove in one bedroom which I worked on over the next week or two and got it up using my own products and elbow grease.

Sean arrived in the time slot they promised. Very professional and grasped what I wanted done and did it. Probably here less than an hour. He didn't try to add any additional fees which I have had from other coupon offers. I would use this company again. I was very pleased.

They followed up right away. He was pleasant and overall I am just very very very pleased with the stairs because the stairs were very dirty before cleaning and they were just fantastic and no one has been able to clean those stairs like he did. I would definitely use him again.

It took a few try's to set up appointment because he is busy and is now getting a secretary to book appointments. He called when he was on the way and did an excellent job. He quoted me for some stains but, was able to pull them up without extra chemicals.
