Description of Work: Krystal Clean is not honoring coupon purchased for $89.00!!!! When contacted to schedule, I was told to contact Angies List for possible refund or another provider to perform the service. Who dropped the ball & didn't notify me the coupon was no longer valid? What happened to my money? Right I'm not happy with either Angie's list or Krystal Clean!

Description of Work: Cleaned two larger rooms rather than the 3 smaller rooms advertised as well as hallway. Also cleaned stairs at his offering since we only requested two rooms be done. He was professional, efficient and friendly and his work was very satisfactory.

Description of Work: The contractor arrived and explained the service to be provided. Furniture had been moved, so that did not require additional manpower or cost. The carpet area was expected to be damp for 24 hours per the contractor, and found it took closer to 36 for all to dry. It would have been good to have furniture feet "pads" so as to move things back quicker, but forgot to ask for those. Overall, was satisfied with the work done, and have another property scheduled for the same cleaning process.

 + -1 moreEverything was great! They arrived on time (actually, about 5 minutes early!) for the appointment. The service tech was sure to wipe his feet at the entry mat before entering every time. He was thorough in his walk-through and gave me pointers for some minimal stains that I could look into removing on my own rather than paying to have them removed. The carpets looked great and smelled great!

 + -1 moreSean was prompt, courteous and efficient. He did an excellent job of cleaning some rather filthy carpets. He was also able to remove large paint stains from the carpet in one bedroom. I was thrilled. I have since purchased a second deal from him to clean the carpets in the house we are moving out of. Really can not say enough good things about Sean and the job he did.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal, 3 rooms and hallway carpet cleaning for $69.00. Sean cleaned the carpets in 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom was the size of 2) and a rather long hallway.

Description of Work: Sean was professional, on time, and worked quickly to clean my carpeted basement. The previous owners of my house let the carpet get dirty, and it had collected many dark spots. Sean got the spots out and restored newness to the carpet. Also of note, the carpet was dry in a few hours, even in an unventilated basement. Would use again!

 + 0 moreWe live in an older victorian home downtown and have a couple area rugs that our 17 year old dog has had accidents on. One is pure white and had pet stains and multiple high traffic area stains. The second one is an expensive contemporary wool rug that the dog had a #2 accident on. The guys came out and were on time with the window of time they gave us. They were able to clean the poo accident out of the contemporary one and were able to get the white one clean again as well. They even scotch-guarded the two rugs to help if and when there is future accidents on the rugs. These guys did a TERRIFIC JOB...I would recommend them to EVERYONE. I also like that they are FAMILY OWNED and not some huge company....I like supporting family/local businesses
Description of Work: Cleaning of two area rugs. Both had potty accidents on from our older dog. One we thought was ruined but they were able to clean both. Look brand new.

I was explained that if I was not happy with anything that it would be corrected. 100% satisfaction guarantee. 3 rooms of my house were done and pet stains that desperately needed removed. It was very quick and thorough. I have recommended them to my family.
Description of Work: Came out quickly as I needed my floors done for a family get together. Was very polite, quick, and non intrusive. Use special tools to get stains up that I had been trying to get up for some time. Very professional demeanor while dealing with me. Very pleased with the service and the price.
