+ 0 moreI mow my own lawn, but because he is in the neighborhood weekly anyway, he always looks over my yard. I am always pleased with the work that he does. He makes me inspect his work and won't leave until I've approved of what he's done.
Description of Work: He comes every year to add mulch, trim, and get my yard ready for summer. He comes weekly to inspect the yard and advise me on what I need to do. This involves walking the whole property.

+ -1 moreI understand our project wasn't huge but we also didn't request one small thing. If Kraig didn't want our business, I would have preferred being told that at that time. If the job is too small or undesirable, letting the client know that is helpful.
Description of Work: We called Kraig Lawn last fall for an estimate but ended up deciding to wait until the spring so we cancelled the scheduled visit. Upon receiving paperwork in the spring asking us to contact them if we wanted an estimate, we called. Kraig Lawn came out and was courteous and listened to our requests. We inquired about removing several bushes, replanting new bushes or plants and creating some new beds by our driveway. Kraig Lawn stated they would get back to us with an estimate. We never heard from them again.

Description of Work: Kraig came for his annual cleanup and mulching of my flower and shrub gardens. As always, the work was excellent. He makes a practice of completing a walk through of his work upon completion. He is precise, professionalism and is eager to please in any way he can. All of my neighbors commented on the beautiful result of his handiwork.

+ 0 moreIt was top quality work. He always comes on time and makes sure that he checks everything with you before moving forward. He inspects the job with you at the end, to make sure that you are pleased with the work. If ever you have a problem or concern, he will come back later (for free) to make it right. He's excellent.
Description of Work: He applied mulch and trimmed all of my bushes and did general lawn clean up for spring.

We visited a nursery together before he even drew up a plan. We were very involved in the whole process. It was very professionally done and the work is beautiful. I have received several compliments on my new landscaping.

Description of Work: Kraig has been doing our lawn for several years. Just as other reviews note, they are very dependable. Edging looks great. He also does the lnadscaping for our subdivision. Terrific work ethic.

+ -1 moreWe called 3 companies listed with Angie's List. They gave us the best price and they seemed very professional over the phone. We the man showed up for the repair (he arrived early) he was professional. He explained what he would do and about how long it would take. The job went as he said and the price was just as he quoted. He even did a good job of cleaning up. I was pleased.
Description of Work: Had a small crack in basement wall (poured concrete wall). There was a small leak when it rained hard. They repaired the crack and stopped the leak.

Description of Work: Kraig did our Fall yard cleanup and did a wonderful job. He is very punctual and exacting in his work. We have also used him for mowing our lawn. He really made it look nice. We will use him again.

Description of Work: Kraig Lawn Inc has done lawn mowing for me for about six years now. We have almost half an acre. They have to do a lot of trimming around the wrought iron fence in our backyard, and it takes longer them longer to perform the trimming than the mowing.

Description of Work: Trim bushes, remove dead limbs and dead pine tree, edged and mulched around house - front and back, both sides and around front and backyard trees. Did a very good job and cleaned up to where the yard looked very "trimmed and neat". They also mow, fertilize, edge the sidewalks and trim my yard for the mowing season. Nice company to do business with. I have used them for at least 4 years now. Very happy with the service.

+ 0 moreThey are very sweet guys to work with. They do a good job taking care of my lawn for me. The approximate cost listed is per visit which usually is about once a week. The only thing that's kind of odd is that he bills everything separately and so I have to write out multiple checks depending on what he does, one for fertilizer and one for the mowing for example.
Description of Work: They do my mowing, fertilizing and seeding; anything to do with the grass. I have used them for this service for four or five years now.
