It was really dumb of me to put out the money ($99.00) before service. I'm 86 and should know better, but I was really worried about my roof .

They came out, went up on roof, sprayed water to find leak, took pictures, explained situation, quoted price, caulked.

I had an inspection of the roof which also included making any small repairs and sealing up around the flashing. They called when they said they would, did a thorough inspection and suggested what needed to be done. When they came to do the job, they did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up their mess. I would definitely call them back for any future work.

They did a great job in record time. I called them on Monday and my call was returned immediately. I was kept up to date with any delays and was given an estimate on Saturday. They came to do the job the next day...SUNDAY. They were on time and finished quickly and charged a competitive rate. I highly recommend Three Amigos.

I contacted them for a quote and Victor came out right away, he was very friendly and he gave me his opinion on potential options to save money, and then told me he would email me a quote. He emailed me within 24 hours. After I agreed and signed the proposal, Anthony came out to show me my shingle color options and to collect my deposit. They were very reasonably priced and cheaper than 4-5 other roofers I had come out to look at the house. Anthony was in constant communication with me before and during the process. Victor & Anthony answered all of my emails quickly, called, and text messaged to keep me updated. I knew nothing from this roofer other than the reviews I saw on Angie's List and I'm so glad I trusted the reviews. They finished the project quickly - they started on Friday, worked a half day on Saturday until it started raining, took Sunday off, and then worked on Labor Day to finish up the project. All of the employees working on the roof were very friendly. They cleaned up all of the trash before they left, and left the yard in the condition it was to begin with. Overall, very happy with their service!!

They came on time, finished quickly, cleaned up great, and I was very satisfied with their professional service.

Upon completing the request, it took several weeks and multiple phone calls to arrange an appointment. Once it was scheduled, they failed to show up for the appointment. The owner called, apologized, made a new appointment and did show up this time. He also refunded our money for the inspection. The estimate to repair the roof was high and they said we would need a new roof within a year. We had another service make an estimate that was lower; they repaired the roof and said our roof would be good for at least 15 years. The folks at Three Amigos were very nice and and we really appreciated them returning our money for the inspection, but we were disappointed in other aspects of their service.

Excellent! They started work the next day after the estimate. Job completed in one day. They cleaned up and hauled away old roofing material. Very impressed with their fast and friendly service, and more than reasonable rates.

Called about a month ago. the man could not talk at the time so he promised to call back. no call. last week i got a commitment for an estimator to appear between 5 and 6 yesterday. no visit. no call. there is no doubt that in both cases, the correct contact information and location were provided. fool me twice, shame on me. it's good that you're busy, but you cost me a week since that's the lead time for an estimate these days. Advice: if you're booked, say so. don't set expectations that you can't meet. Only reason for the overall D is that i can't rate the job or price if nothing was provided other than lip service.

Roof Size = 3,100 Sq. ft. They arrived on a Friday morning and worked all day. Saturday morning they were there bright and early and worked all day. Sunday they were there bright and early and would have completed the job but for rain. They cam back on Monday and finished the job. I had a couple of questions. Anthony followed up with me, as did Carlos. They came back and fixed a couple of things and I was very satisfied with their work. I came home yesterday to find a "Three Amigos Roofing" t-shirt in my mailbox. No complaints. hard workers.

It was a pleasure to work with the Three Amigo's crew. All work was communicated in writing, and agreed to ahead ahead of time, The guy's were polite, professional, and seemed eager to please. I'll definitely recommend Three Amigo's roofing, and will call them again if I need any future roof work done.

Great! I didn't even have to be on-site during the work. Clean up was nearly spotless. The work looks very professional!

Was very impressed with the speed in which they were able to schedule and complete the job. Was a simple roof job, but they were quick and professional to work with. Had some damage to the ground around the roof from the trailer due to the recent rain, but they offered to reseed and repair damage on their own, without my asking. Used the company for our business, but would happily use them for our home roof needs. Very pleased. Note: there was a negative review on here regarding insurance. I asked the owner for a copy of insurance papers and received them within hours of requesting. No issue or hesitation at all.

We would hire them again in a heart beat. They did excellent work. Their equipment was spotless, they were fun to be around and we would hire them again. It has not leaked since. They did everything they said they were going to do and did it well. We thought the price was very fair compared to other roof work we have had done. We were very pleased with the quality. There was not a drop, it was just fine.

Carlos was friendly, showed up on time, and took care of the problem.

If you're going to provide an estimate for a new roof, then you need to get ON the roof, right? When I requested copies of the company's insurance, they explained that all Angie's List providers have to prove that they are insured. (?) No, that's not true. I corrected him and told him that certainly wasn't the case, and he never called back. Red flag. I would never use them because of this. ** Any reputable roofer is happy to provide a copy of their insurance. Make sure the insurance company sends the most recent proof -- NOT the roofer. **

Ryan came out and gave us an estimate on the roof. We hired him, and then he never showed up again. After 5 scheduled appointments to come out which resulted in no call/no shows, we had to give up and move on to another roofing company. I'm still shocked by how incredibly unprofessional this was, and to be honest, feel a little foolish that I kept calling and giving him another chance to show up. I suppose the silver lining is that at least he didn't take our money and run....he just ran.

Carlos arrived on time He inspected our roof, did some maintenance and repaied some sports. he was extremely sincere, helpful and polite

I have had leaking gutters on the front of my house for about two years. I've had "professionals (read gutter specialists)," friends and my brother try to tackle the problem. No luck. He tackled the problem, showed me what the issue was and fixed the leaky gutters. He also sealed a shingle that was coming loose. He told me my roof was in good shape and at least for a couple years wouldn't pose a problem. He suggested I find someone to power wash my roof to remove moss that was starting to grow and could cause a problem in the future. He was extremely professional and courteous. I now have my "roof guy." This is the beauty of Angie's List, you can find someone who you can count on. Thank you Carlos!!

The guy was a joke. I never got a bid on the roof. He says, "I'll take out these two gutters" and he charged me $100. It was my fault that I accepted and said, "Go ahead and cut those gutters off" because I can't get on the roof anymore.

Replaced many wind and weather damaged shingles on a high pitch roof. Installed three vents to roof area over garage. Replaced rotting sub-roof board and added new shingles.

Beautifully. Three amigos were punctual, professional and honest. Thy did not pretend that more work was needed than actually was. The chief, Carlos, was very personable and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we will certainly call them when we have a roofing problem.
