Description of Work: Reroof a 12x20 shed. Communication, mostly on internet, was great. Work done ahead of schedule. Done to a high standard. Looks great. Will definitely contact for future roofing needs.

Description of Work: The $99 dollar part went as expected--they were very informative and knowledgable, and even climbed into my stifling and poorly accessible attic. The only problem I had was their quote for further work I wished done...it came back much higher than expected. I don't know if they are more expensive than others, or whether that was a typical price quote (I made no comparisons), so don't know if I'm being fair. But they were very good.

Description of Work: A man named Wayne (who I was told is no longer with the firm) bid my new roof. I was told several weeks after I had been promised that the roof would be complete, that he had underbid my job but they would do the work anyway. They, Kingdom, claimed Wayne had not explained the work he promised, though I had a written quote. They subbed out the work to a small local roofing crew who had no idea what the job entailed and seemed surprised at every turn. Though the roofing job was adequate (no spacers used between sheeting) they put my gutter covers back on incorrectly...twice. I paid to have the roof inspected. I was original told they would have their own workers come look into the situation but now I am waiting to see what they are going to do about it and have called several times with no response, only a late notice bill in the mail for the remaining balance. $1900 of the original $4900. I will send another response to Angie's List after I get a response from Kingdom construction. I have asked to either have them fix the gutters or discount my final bill by $525, The amount the inspector estimated it would cost to have a competitor fix them.

Description of Work: "We purchased the $99 inspection they offer, when they found what they thought was the leak in the roof, they offered to repair that area for $250. When it rained after they repaired the roof, it leaked, so they returned, and did more work on the roof, we thought it was repaired, until it rained again. This time when they came out, after a water test, it was determined the leak was coming in on the siding, this was left for us to repair. My husband feels we hired them to repair the leak, and that was not accomplished. They are very nice and cordial, easy to talk with."

Description of Work: Installed new downspout to run under an existing deck. Replaced rotten wood. Painted and did finishing to all.
