Everyone I talked to did their job in a professional manner. My project was removal of 2 layers of shingles & the sheathing deck underneath them. A new sheathing deck was installed using H- clips between sheathing panels for the proper spacing to allow for expansion. Owens Corning Flex Class 4 shingles were installed with underlayment, edging, starter shingles, and the area near the gutters got Rhino lining. Ridge vent was also installed. The crew that worked on my house is a hard working group. They did me a great job! They cleaned up after the install. Showed concern for my landscaping & property. Asked me about it if there were plants that could be smashed by equipment. (My spring bulbs will come back next year!)😃 They covered any area where shingles or nails might fall. Used magnets to check the yard & driveway for nails. The foreman checked with me several times throughout the day. At the end of the day he verified that there were no issues that needed to be addressed before releasing his crew to return home which was about 100 miles from my home. Also, they brought trailers and hauled away all trash.

Hontz McCarty came out for a service call and was just awesome. Took care of the issue and checked rest of roof just to be sure. Was unbelievably nice and courteous. If I was still working, I would steal him away from Kingdom in a heartbeat.

Had one of their employees endanger my safety as well as a dozen road workers by trying to run into my vehicle to make sure I couldn't merge where a worker was flagging people from three lanes to one. Then followed me onto the highway and continued to tailgate me and pull along side and harass me. Craziness they have employees that think this is OK driving like this with their name vinyl wrapped over the whole vehicle.

Firstly they didn't do as we agreed and so they did half the job and didn't try to make it right, they just simply avoided my calls and left me high and dry. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work preformed. I usually never leave a poor review but in this case they earned it. Do yourself a favor don't call them 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

It appears you may have had additional expectations that you thought were communicated with your Project Advisor but were not on your contract. It is very well documented that we explained this to you several times and that Kingdom tried to give you solutions to remedy your issue. It seems the only solution you were willing to consider was Kingdom doing additional work free of charge. We strive to make our customers happy, but there are times when we can't meet the expectation. We are sorry this seems to be the case on your project. Description of Work: Bought this as part of a deal. The company was quick to get out and inspect. They did do a full inspection, however, I wondered if I would have gotten the same thing for free by having someone come out an quote my roof. They were very professional in providing a recap of what all was found, just don't know that I would pay $99 again for it.
