Description of Work: Kevin has assisted us with our home computers (PC and Laptop) for about five years. Most recently he installed updates, ordered a new laptop battery and mouse, and instructed us in several items related to programs we regularly use on our PC. He is very knowledgable of hardware and software and a patient teacher, too. A couple of years ago, he assisted in ordering our new PC and returned to set it up once it arrived, transferring data from our old computer and helping discard it properly. He keeps careful records of the work done each time. This means there is continuity from one visit to the next even though a period of several months may go by in the interim.

Description of Work: Needed some help with my setups, as well as printer connectivity. Have used Kevin many times in the past 5 years for a variety of services -- wireless setup, restoring computer crashes, etc. He always has done a superb job. He is sometimes very busy, so it sometimes takes a few days to get in touch with him. But his work is good,and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend him.
