John was punctual, cordial, knowledgeable and professional. His treatment utilized several materials applied in different manners both inside and outside. He provided thoughtful explanations of the process and what to expect from the treatment. His terms are reasonable and the pricing provides a good value. I would definitely hire him for any future projects and will recommend him to others.

John Kendall actually arrived a bit early and addressed my problem with interest and professionalism. I would normally add the cost of service, but since no two pest control problems are alike it would be a disservice to Angie's List members to list the amount paid. I will, however, say that I felt his fee was justified especially for the peace of mine it brings. I would recommend him without any reservation.
Description of Work: I had a few furry critters in my basement and needed some professional help not knowing the size of our situation.

Extremely well! John uses state of the art new technology while others use cheaper products to make a higher profit while getting you on their maintenance program to "keep them away" so they can have repeat business with you. Not John Kendall! He is truly concerned and empathizes with the customer, he GOT RID OF THEM!! He said the only way they come back is if they hitched a ride from somewhere else. Which is how we got them in the first place by letting family do their laundry all the time at my house. I highly recommend John if you want to truly get rid of them!
Description of Work: I had a cockroach problem that another company could not get rid of. I found out most companies will want you to do a maintenance program because they tell you that it's impossible to get rid of cockroaches. Well I'm here to tell you differently! It is possible and John Kendall succeeded in accomplishing that in 2 visits spaced 3 weeks apart! It's been 2 weeks and absolutely no sign of them anywhere. Only dead ones if I find any!!

Keeps the bugs away and helped us find a bad window seal when we had ants come in at previous house.

Have used him many times. Live in a wooded area on a lake. Never have any issues with insects, spiders, etc... Well worth the money

All is great! He will be back on his normal cycle of checking out the home for the spiders, lots of legs, ants, mice and any of unwanted creature. We have seen a few bees but nothing like we were seeing.
Description of Work: John Kendall the Owner of this Company was the one doing the work and I have been with him since he started his business several years ago. I called him this time because I was having trouble with four different pest. We were having trouble with Bees outside by our front door and in the back yard all around our Deck. We were doing a Home Improvement at the time and it seemed to stir up spiders, those things with lots of legs and mice. None of these were something I wanted around. John came and took care of the problem right away. I had to call him back early because of black specks in my pantry in the flour and in the open pkgs of grains. He knew exactly what they were some kind of grain weeble (sorry for the spelling) and we were also seeing ants. He took care of that also. He was up to date with the life cycle of both problems and told me that this year we would have an increase in the amount of ants and in those black specks. Something to do with the Weather cycles. I always appreciate seeing John and he is always very careful in my home not to break anything or if he has to move something he puts it back where it was. If you are having a problem with a Pest - call John he will do a great job!

He showed up when he said. I heard in on all sides of my home. This is not the first service. I do not have a pest issue since he started exterminating. He got rid of wasps, beetles and other unwanted pests.

John services the house quarterly to keep our house free of ants, spiders, insects, etc. We have an older home and if we see anything I can call and he will be right out to take care of it but the quarterly service keeps that all at minimum. He's quick and friendly and helps remind me of service so I don't miss. Highly recommend. Personal service.

I have been using Kendall Pest Control for the last 20 years. John, the owner, is very prompt, efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. He always calls me when it's time for my quarterly treatment and will answer any questions that I have. More than happy with his service, he explains what he does in simple terms. He takes care of my home and i never have any problems with insects, if i do i give him a call and he comes right out and services my home. He doesn't ever have anyone with him, but he does a Wonderful Job! Would recommend to anybody.
