Description of Work: We have a brand new house that was built earlier this year and we were having issues with clover mites. He came out in May and completely got rid of those for us. He just came back today to take care of the wolf spiders that are starting to come inside. He sprayed my entire interior and my entire garage as well as the entire exterior. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is honest and knows what he's doing and knows what he's talking about. He even put down a couple of bait traps in my garage just because he's a super nice guy. He is on time and whenever I call him he calls me right back. I would recommend him to anyone, especially my neighbors who are having the same issues.

John is very friendly and very personable. Easy to work with
Description of Work: Came and sprayed twice. It's been almost three months and we are still seeing bed bugs. We were told that they would spray every crank and cranny and we made it super easy on them by taking everything apart and soaring everything with alcohol, we did a lot of work and we don't feel like their work matched the effort that we put forth. I am waiting on a response from the owner, he is very friendly and I know he'll work with us. If these bugs go away, I'll change my review.

Mr. Kendall was very informative and knowledgeable. He spent extra time to check out possible sites for rodent entry and gave us some good recommendations to help keep them out of our house. We would definitely call him again for any pest problems.

I didn’t actually like them that very much. They were very friendly. The only reason I didn’t want to do that is that I’m going through cancer. They didn’t do anything for me. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: They persuaded me to buy like a year worth of pest control and I only want a one-time thing and that was it. They wanted me to sign a one-year contract and I didn’t want to do it.

I was disappointed by the results of the initial visit but John returned at no additional charge to follow-up.
Description of Work: walked around my home looking for evidence of mice (I had already identified their location) and looked for points of entry. Left some poison and glue traps in 2 areas.

They were awesome. They are willing to take time to answer my many questions, punctual, reasonable prices, very responsive to concerns and questions and kind follow up. They gave a personal quality service, stressed that I please call them with any questions.
