they didn't complete the job. didn't listen to my needs, thus did not follow my instructions overpriced

I have been using them for the past 8 years on a weekly basis. They were excellent, they do the great work, they are always on time and consistent.

Extremely well. Steve arrives promptly and estimates and schedules the work promptly. Always arrives at the start of the job. Always available. We had a very large, old oak tree removed, the tree climbers and workers were very professional. Cleaned up as they worked. Always leave a neat job site. We will use them for all our tree work.

They came out to my home within a couple of days of my inquiry to provide an estimate. I accepted their contract. They told me they had a two week lead which was ok and they scheduled me in with a couple of days to spare for my event. Unfortunately, on the day they were supposed to show up, no one showed nor called by mid-day. I called the office and spoke to the office manager (I think she is the office manager) and she stated she would find out what happened and call back. No one returned my call so I called again later that night and left messages for Ken several times. Next day I called again and finally reached someone mid-morning and again they told me they would check and call back. My sales person finally called back about mid-day and told me they didn't know when they were going to make it out and the rain the day before only backed them up more. They couldn't provide any eta whatsoever so i could make a decision on my next steps. Needless to say its too late to hire another service before my event and unfortunately i have to try and scramble at the last minute and do it myself. Very disappointed with the way this turned out as i saw their truck many times and thought they were a good choice. Bad decision on my part. If they couldn't make it, i understand, but not communicating is unacceptable.

They did a fantastic job. They also cleaned up all the debris. When they were finished you could not tell there had been trees in those areas.

Great. Job was done on time and site looked great when they left.

The service was fantastic. They arrived on time. The quote was good. The work was done in a timely, efficient manner. When they finished, they cleaned up the area in my yard and in my neighbor's yard. They reseeded the area where the trees were cut down. I will use this company again.

We had a major renovation done to our back yard, including three large retaining walls, and new stairs. Everyone within the organization was great to work with! We could not be happier with work done and at a competitive price. I highly recommend Ken-Cut for any renovation you might have.

The company came out about a week ahead and evaluated what needed to be done and gave us written estimate. The day the trees were cut down, they called to confirm and say they were on their way out. The team was excellent. The crew (4 guys I think) worked well together. Each one did their best to take care of the yard as they worked. Three of the trees were near a fence, They roped them and guided them to a perfect landing. The cedar tree was about 15 ft tall and right by our neighbors garage. Again they assessed then roped the tree and when they cut it, it landed standing straight up. I was impressed! They all helped cut the wood and cleaned the yard beautifully. Mission accomplished. Great work! The manager, returned the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory and to collect our check.

They where slow on response. Decide to do the project myself

They're out here every week. They have a contract with the homeowner's association. This is their third contract. If they are not going to do a good job we'd fire them.

Two individuals showed up at my house on time to scope the work needed in order for the quotes. Both were nice, however the person doing the landscaping quote didn't seem to know much. One of his suggestions while looking at the landscaping was to cover up the weep holes in my brick in a low area we have in the backyard. I had to tell him twice that you can't cover those up as air and moisture need to get in/out of them. I definitely thought someone knowledgeable with landscaping would have known this. The individual doing the irrigation quote (Gary) was much more knowledgeable about those services and answered all of my questions. As they were leaving, they told me it would be approximately 7 days before I would get the quotes. I didn't hear anything for two weeks and then I had a message on my phone from the owner (Ken Branam) who noted that they could not complete my landscaping quote. he noted that the individual that came out moved to Colorado overnight on him and since he didn't have his phone number he would need to send someone back out to scope the work again. I'm pretty understanding and told him that was fine so we scheduled a time for him to come out later that week. Ken himself came out to look at the landscaping. After walking through what we needed done, he said he would work on it over the weekend and get back to me on Monday with a quote. He did give me a quote for the irrigation system while he was there and it was 2x higher than the two other quotes I received from very reputable irrigation companies. Even though I was told I would have a quote on Monday, it was the next Friday before I heard from anyone again. This time Joy (Office Manager) reached out and was following up on the quotes that they had given me. I let her know that I had only received one quote and that I had been waiting on the landscaping quote now for almost a month. She noted that they were working on it and that she would follow back up with me. Later that day, she send me an email stating that since their irrigation quote was not competitive, they were going to decline on providing a landscaping quote. Needless to say I was very upset when I received this email as I had given them a second chance and waited over a month for the quote. Overall, this company is very unprofessional and doesn't live up to any of the promises they made. They are also very overpriced and I would not recommend dealing with them unless you have months to wait for quotes that they will never deliver. What a complete waste of time and effort on my part. Steer clear of this company as there are many out there that are much better and more responsive.

I live in an HOA community so lawn care/up-keep is a must..............Every Monday morning KEN-CUT staff cuts my yard and edge my property with great care..... My yard looks great! I would recommend them to anyone who is unable to give there property that weekly up-keep. Yes the price is RIGHT! Thanks KEN-CUT

Ken worked with me from the beginning to establish what kind of design I was looking for and which plants I preferred. He answered all of the questions I had prior to starting the job, and he did his utmost to assist me with appropriate watering due to the very hot weather after the plants were put in.

THEY GAVE US A QUOTE, SHOWED UP WHEN THE WERE SUPPOSED TO AND DID A GREAT JOB TRIMMING THE BUSHES!

They are professional and responsive. Their pricing is fairly reasonable as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.
