They came out, measured table, cut glass on site and put it on table. Customer service on phone great. They showed up on time. Courteous workers. Would definitely use them again.

They were excellent. The windows were much more difficult to replace than anticipated and went above and beyond what I ever would have expected.

They came with their samples and measured and I picked out the glass and within a week I had new glass in my cabinets.

Jim Kelly was very patient and detailed in his approach with our work. He sent his crew out to do the estimating and installation, but made himself personally available to answer my many questions via e-mail. I would recommend them to other members. Their pricing was also the best out of four (4) vendors I quoted for the job.

I dropped the frames off, and returned a half an hour later to pick them up.

I was very impressed with this company. I had given them the time of 4:30pm to arrive and when I came home the technician was already there. The experience I had was great! I would recommend them to anyone. He looked at things very thoroughly and recommended the best thing to do.

The first 4 windows were installed by two employees. They arrived within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. They had called to indicate they were running late. The windows were taken out and the glass was replaced and the windows were reinstalled. My wife didn't inspect their work but there were some issues that needed to be resolved, the seam that is between the window and frame was ragged, and the caulking wasn't replaced between parts of the window. I called to voice my concerns and since I was scheduled to have the second set of windows replaced. They would look at my concerns. The owner showed up on the second set of three windows. He agreed the work wasn't satisfactory and did the three new windows and three of the four previous windows that weren't done to my satisfaction. He set things right and reduced my bill on the second set of windows to offset my troubles.

Can do attitude. Excellent job performance from start to finish.

I broke a pane of glass in my kitchen window at night over a weekend. Fortunately, it is a double window so it wasn't an emergency to get it fixed. My husband called Kelly Glass and they came out and fixed it first thing on Monday morning, and picked up some pieces of broken glass outside that I has missed. The window was good as new.

Excellent. They installed the glass panels and door with great attention to detail. The result is a close fitting, water tight installation that is not only very functional, but also great looking!

The previous owner of my home had had Jim Kelly replace the window panes that had clouded so when more of them started clouding up I also called Mr. Kelly. I am certainly glad I did! They are a very polite, personable, and a pleasant group to work with. Mr. Kelly came out and took measurements and helped me decide which windows to replace. The window panes were ready much quicker than I thought they would take. His installation crew came out and replaced all of the panes necessary, cleaned up, and hauled away the old windows. I am very pleased with my experience.

They were half the price of another company I got an estimate from. They need to automatically wipe their feet before entering a home. I would recommend them to others.

He gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. This is a rental home and we live out of town. We left him a key, he came in did the work, there was no mess left and the windows look great. He did exactly what he said he would do and at the price he quoted.

Jim returned our call promptly (within 1 hour on a Saturday)scheduled an appointment for Monday and was exactly on time. Jim met with our tile installer and myself toward the end of the tile installation. Jim was very helpful with some suggestions on how we might tie in the custom Italian tile with with the glass surround. Jim also helped plan for the support required to hold the 30 inch wide by 7 foot door. Jim's price was about the same as another firm but was much easier to work with. When we placed the order with Jim he advised it would take 7-10 days. On the 7th day Jim called and indicated the glass supplier had shipped a large piece that was scratched that did not meet his quality standards. Jim asked permission to re-order with a rush shipment which only took a couple of extra days. Jim installed the shower enclosure taking great care in his work and clean -up. We are extremely satisfied and would recommended him highly.

I can't say enough good things about the work and this company. They were polite, professional, extremely neat, and the job turned out beautifully!

Everyone was courteous from the people on the phone to the people who came out. Same day service and efficient.

First Kelly Glass rep arrived on time and completed an on-site accurate measurement of the glass needed. He phoned the measurements back to the business site. In approx. 1 hour the second Kelly Glass rep was present and he proceeded to install the glass and finish the job (including clean-up) in about one hour. It was a very positive experience.

I called on Friday, got the estimate on Saturday and the work was done on Tuesday.

It was great from the first call. Jim Kelly was very prompt getting back to me and setting up an appt to give me a bid. I received the bid via email, as we had discussed, within 24 hours. All materials were ready within a week and we just had to wait for weather to cooperate. He was able to meet my request to have everything done by the Thanksgiving holiday with no problem. He and another employee came out and worked the entire day. They took away old mirror and shower door, cleaned up everything and were very personable and easy to have around. I have some more windows to be done and will definitely call them again in the spring. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They came out and measured and in two days they came and installed the glass. I was very pleased. They were very easy to deal with and I really appreciated the fact they wanted to measure instead of accepting the measurements I had taken. That way they were sure it would be perfect and it was.

Mr. Kelly set an appointment and was there early and had our window replaced within 2 hours of the initial call. Very positive experience and while talking to him I discovered he does table-tops, so we'll be using him in the future. You can't go wrong with a company like this, honest, straight-forward, and personable.

They had excellent communications. They called before heading to the property to make sure someone was there. They were very polite.

Mr. Kelly gave me approximate cost over the phone and instructions on how to measure, then asked where I was located. He happened to be finishing a job close by and said he would stop by and take the measurements. He arrived when he said he would, measured the window and said it would take one week to arrive. I was presented with the option of removing the window and taking it to his shop to save approximately 50% or have him return and install the window. I opted to remove the window myself.

I used Kelly Glass to replace one window on a house I am refurbishing. I accidentally broke 3 more windows during the process and called them again to help me out. This time was no different than the last. They were quick to come out and fix the windows and did a great job again. Its an inexpensive fix to what could be considered a big problem. Thanks again!

Excellent in all regards. They called back, came when they said they would, and delivered and installed the window in the time frame they promised (7 days the fastest quote given to me). After it was in and they were gone, I noticed a minor problem, and they came right back to fix that.
