KELLY GLASS & MIRROR

Had glass shelves made for a new built-in bookshelf. Called for estimate. Estimate given over the phone and order placed. Estimate was very reasonable when compared with estimates from other companies. Stated shelves would be completed in approximately 7-10 days. Work done on time and able to pick up shelves without problem. Very happy with their work.

Needless to say, this was a very challenging assignment and they did an excellent job. Everything came together and it looks wonderful. They also used beveling as an accent. The price was very competitive. I was very pleased with their work. The installer was very professional and highly skilled.

Small shop but reasonable prices. Dropped off window on Fri. and picked up the following Tues.

I have some picture windows that are fobbed. They are large windows in odd sizes. They came out right on time for the appointment. They were very responsive and they gave me the estimate. The estimate came out to be about eighteen hundred dollars. I was very pleased with their estimate, because another company had estimated the work at about three thousand dollars. They also took the time to find out what they could do about redoing my windows and they gave me an estimate for that work as well.

They provided a good service at a good price.

This company is very easy to work with. I emailed my glass dimensions and was able to get an approximate cost for replacement. They came and measured as well as looked at the mirror strip that had turned black. They also measured that and said it would be no problem to remove the old strip and have a new one made. Everything looks great. They were on time for the estimate measure as well as the installation. I am very pleased with their service and price.

We called Jim Kelly who was pleasant and even thought it was a weekend. He came out within a couple of days and determined he could fix the window itself. Jim ordered the window, and installed it when it came in a couple of weeks later. He arranged his time to coordinate with times a caretaker was there, which was really helpful for us. He did a fabulous job on the window.. No one would ever suspect that it had been replaced. During this process Jim dealt with my brother and myself (we live out of town), as well as my mom's caretaker and was able to make it go very smoothly.

They were very responsive and professional, however, the price was significantly higher than another bid I got, so we did not choose to have them do the job.

Jim did a great job, was prompt and courteous, and gave us advice as to the condition of the window sashes (which was beyond the scope of the project). He was also flexible about scheduling and easy to communicate with by email.

Jim Kelley came out the day I called him and measured the broken windows. He then ordered the glass and scheduled a time to install the glass. It took less than two hours and he did a great job. Windows look great and there was no mess. I will use him in the future to replace a large picture window with a broken seal.

The experience went very good. They came on time, took a little longer than he thought, had competitive pricing and did a good job.

We were very pleased with the entire process. We needed glass repaired, and went to Angie's List to review companies. After reading reviews, we decided to call Kelly Glass and give them a try. Jim Kelly returned my phone call in a timely manner, and came over the next day to look at the job. He then gave a repair estimate, (which we approved) ordered the glass, and completed the repair when the glass came in a few days later. We would certainly recommend Kelly Glass in the future.

Jim came out quickly to give me an estimate, ordered the glass and had it replaced very quickly. He is easy to work with and did a great job. He even cleaned up all the broken glass both inside the house and even out in the yard!

We had two companies give us an estimate and Kelly Glass was by far the best price. They were fast and efficient. The glass looks great and you can't even tell that we had them replaced. It was a positive experience.

I prepared the sash by removing all the old glazing, stripping the old paint, sanding it smooth and applying a coat of oil-based primer. They did an excellent job and it seems they did everything they were supposed to. The glass fits well and is seated into a bed of glazing at the top rail. They also applied a layer of glazing on the insides of the stiles and bottom rail before seating the glass, then beveled the outer glazing. It now looks almost like a new window, rather than a repaired 75-year old window.

Cannot even tell it was taken out and replaced. They were very punctual and easy to talk to.

They did a great job. They did unloaded the mirror and cut it, they had to for the mirror to cool down before the cut so the wouldn't be any chance of breakage. I was very pleased with their work.

The estimate was done within a day or two, and well before I was ready for them to do the work. I didn't have to be there for them to do the estimate, which was very nice. The actual install of the glass was done in almost exactly an hour, as I was told it would be. The only issue was that the installer arrived 15 minutes past the range of times that the install was supposed to start. All and all, a great experience. I didn't get any other price estimates, so I left the price at N/A. Replace the glass was certainly cheaper then replacing the entire door.

Incredible service. The owner personally inspected the window while I was at work. The employees were clean, neat, polite, worked fast and cleaned up. They came in trucks with the name of the business on them. This is always a good thing!

They are very inexpensive. They are very professional and easy to work with. I trust them a lot. They have been really good. They get the job done pretty quickly as well.

It was a good experience. There was nothing outstanding but they got the job done. They had everthing ready when they said they would. I would recommend them and use them again.

Jim Kelly came out the day I called and measured and took pictures of the glass to be replaced. He called later to give me an estimate. I got two more estimates from two other companies on Angie's List. Jim's was the best. I called to hire him for the job and he ordered the glass. In a few days it was in so he scheduled the work to be done on the day and time of my choice. Kevin and Chris came out and did a great job. They were on time, professional, and hard-working. The glass matched perfectly. They did an excellent job cleaning up and did some extra caulking for me. If I ever need any more glass work, I will definitely call Kelly Glass.
