They called me back the same day after I left a message. I got an estimate over the phone and the next day the glass was replaced. I did not even have to be at the home when the service was done. It looks great and they did a great job.

They were prompt, professional and careful in moving the large mirror from the garage to where it was to be hung and then installed it by anchoring it to the wall.

Four guys came out to do the job. They were friendly and clean around the house. We would call this team again.

He quoted a little lower, but it was worth it. He had people come out and install the window the day it came in. He also left things extremely clean, no glass on the floor at all.

Someone attempted to break into our home by throwing a large flower pot from a neighbor's driveway through our patio door. Luckily, it only broke a single pane of the two pane glass door. I called Kelly Glass first thing the next morning and Mr. Kelly was very helpful. He was able to come out the same day for the estimate and to measure, then he called me back within an hour or two to give a firm price quote. The glass was a custom size, so it had to be ordered and took a week to get in. He called as soon as it arrived and came out to install it that day. He cleaned up the broken glass and cleaned both patio door windows. He left things looking much better than when he came, and he did a great job with the glass replacement. I was very impressed with his professionalism and quality of work.

JIM KELLY CAME OUT THE EVENING OF MY FIRST CALL TO QUOTE REPLACEMENT OF OUR SHOWER ENCLOSURE. TOOK LESS THAN A WEEK TO GET MATERIALS AND RETURN TO INSTALL. VERY FLEXIBLE--OFFERED TO SCHEDULE INSTALL ON WEEKEND. JIM CALLED BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES AFTER THE INSTALLATION TO CHECK ON US. AM CONFIDENT ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS WILL BE HANDLED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. WEBSITE IS A GREAT REFERENCE TO SEE THEIR WORK AND GLASS STYLES, ETC.
