We put a contingency offer on a home, and we were refused. Dixie did everything possible to try and get that to go through. After much looking, we were ready to make an offer on another home, but we wanted to look at it one more time. When we got to the property, it had already been sold! Dixie handled the whole thing in a professional manner while still maintaining a warm personal relationship with us. She knew how disappointed we were, but soon she heard of a condo-type home that she thought was perfect for us. We hurried to meet her at the property, fell in love with it and bought it! We certainly had ups and downs, and everyone knows it is a very emotional time. I would get discouraged and she was always full of assurance that we would find our home and we certainly did! I would highly recommend her to anyone in the process of buying and selling a home. She knows what to do to get the job done. She was never late meeting us and although I know she was REALLY busy at this particular time, she never told us she couldn't make it that day. She made herself available at all times and when the time came, she had the paper work ready and we breezed right through. If you use Dixie as your realtor, relax and let her work her magic!
