K and M Fence

Description of Work: K and M did an excellent job on our large fencing project, involving multiple materials including black chain link, black decorative aluminum, and cedar picket. They met many times with us to discuss planning for the project, helped us select appropriate materials, and installed over 2000 feet of fencing as well as two double-swing drive gates and 3 other gates. Their installation teams were very responsive to our requests and input along the way, and they made sure to follow up on details that we asked them to correct during the process. Overall, the installation took quite a bit longer than they estimated, although the weather was particularly uncooperative and wet during the summer of 2015. We are very pleased with the final result, and hope to have them do some additional fencing for us in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced several chain link fence posts and fencing, which was leaning significantly away from vertical, and converted a standard width gate to one of double width. I am very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Repaired a vinyl clad chain link fence damaged by a falling tree in a storm. It looks good as new.

Description of Work: We had K&M Fence install a black chain-link fence for our backyard. They were very accommodating schedule-wise and very reasonably priced. They finished the job in two days (had to order some extra parts) and cleaned up after themselves. We have been very happy with their work.

Description of Work: They gave me suggestions and they were very professional. I would definitely consider them in the future.

Description of Work: K&M installed two types of fencing (black ornamental aluminum and black chain link) in our backyard. The pricing was very similar to two other quotes obtained through Angie's list; however, K&M was able to schedule the job for completion sooner than the others. This was important because winter weather was fast approaching and we had a new puppy that needed the fencing. K&M was relatively quick with the installation and the completed project looks great.

Description of Work: They removed and replaced an old fence with a 75' shadowbox fence along one side of a yard, to tie in with a similar existing fence. Watching them, it was clear that this is no job for wimps. They are big and strong, enabling them to work quickly and efficiently, and thus complete the work at a lower price. Everything went well, but they were rushed at the end by impending rain and left a small pile of debris.

Description of Work: Wind blew down approximately 100 feet of privacy fence. Company was out the day I contacted and called with a price that evening. They replaced a number of posts and boards and reset all to like it was new. Because of ground being frozen, they could not complete the job on the date given. Was called about this and I agreed that it could not be completed at that time. They were out as soon as the weather permitted (less than a week) and complected the job. Now if I could only get the IFD out to lock the fire gate.
