Description of Work: My plumber referred me to Just Drains and said they would be cheaper than 2 other firms I have dealt with so I contacted them. At 6:48 pm on Wednesday I called them and got answering service. Was called back by a man and he said it would be $230 because of the time of day and also because of "travel distance" charges. The service was needed at 131st and West Rd in NW Carmel. The problem wasn't what we thought and the technician said because it was less involved it would be $175. Friday charges hit my bank account for $230 and when I called they couldn't find the work order and when I told them what the technician said about the charges being $175 I was put on hold and then they came back and said it wasn't what I was told. Charges, in my opinion, for what was performed were excessive. The technician was done by 7:29 according to my phone records (he called to explain the work performed AND that it wasn't what was originally thought to be the problem so the charges were only $175. $230 was posted aginst my bank account today and when I called they said travel charges. I manage close to 50 properties and know when I have been hosed and Just Drains sure did clean me out!

Description of Work: I called Just Drains to clear one storm drain and one toilet. They were on time, diligent, polite, clean, and efficient. I used Paul E. Smith for many years, but left them because of their outrageous prices. Just Drains did just as good a job, and were reasonably priced.

Description of Work: AFTERHOURS WORK ON MAIN SEWER DRAIN. CALLED OTHER CO. ALSO, AND DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION THEY CAME OUT. ASKED PRICE THAT JUST DRAINS CHARGED ME, AND TOLD ME I GOT A GREAT DEAL, AS THEIR CO. WAS MUCH HIGHER. JUST DRAINS HAD TO GO 160 FT. TO TAKE CARE OF MY PROBLEM.
