AVOID JPM PLUMBING AT ALL COSTS.
Description of Work: Their plumber tracked animal manure all over our house. He did not take off his boots at the door. He told us to send him the cleaning bill, which ended up being $175. He did not ever send the money, even after we had a lawyer write him a letter. We are suing him now. AVOID JPM PLUMBING AT ALL COSTS.

He wrote up an invoice that he was ordering the part. This was the week before Labor Day, and I was wanting to water my lawn. I had to call when I never heard from him. The first time I called there was no way to leave messages. When I tried again, it was a different service than the plumber. I went to a hardware store and got the part for $22. I replaced it myself and have never heard from him.
Description of Work: He came out to my house because I couldn't thread the hose on the exterior faucet without it leaking everywhere. He said it needed a new vaccuum break. Price was just for the service call.

They came in all dirty and nasty, and I was a little reluctant to let them into my house looking like they did. They showed up a week after they were scheduled.
